If you read the story, a building is costing the California State Lottery, 60 million dollars to build...I don't know what class of building is that, are they building the Pentagon...And i thought...You know how certain companies give permission to other foreign employees to come and work in the U.S for lower wages?Yet they pay them i think is 6,000 dollars a year, so i heard on the radio, plus "gastos" pagos, or cost of staying/foods and other stuff paid...And i thought...If they are going to do that, why not hire CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ONLY, to come to the U.S.A and build condos...They are only building condos nothing else..That way 45 floor condos buildings cost 10-14 million dollars to build and NOT 60 MILLION DOLLARS...60 MILLION DOLLAR BUILDING IS OUTRAGEOUS...IS WORSE THAN THE PRICE OF OIL..Do you know the amount of condos buildings that will be erected...You have to understand, in major cities people don't fit anymore...So why not do it...So that with 60 million you can build 4, 45-floor condos buildings and not just 1...But i am not suggesting getting mexicans, i am suggesting getting workers from foreign countries so that after the term has pass they can go back to their respective countries...I mean don't they do this with agriculture/farms...Americans will build the houses and the people from different countries will build the condos buildings....

And i know you are going to say? Oh is taking American Jobs..Oh really and how about the 4,000 jobs that IBM, the 20,000 jobs that Microsoft, the 4,000 jobs that Walmart and General Motors lay off...Plus i am not saying laying Americans off of the construction bussiness, just the condos building, Americans can construct houses...BECAUSE NO BUILDING SHOULD COST 60 MILLION DOLLARS...I don't like the idea of paying a low salary to a foreign person to do your job, because other's don't want to do it...I don't like that idea but apparently you have been doing this in the U.S.A and what i am saying is, if you are doing that why not do it to construct a condo building...And what is the difference if an American construct it or a foreign person construct it....

But i am in favor of constructing 8-10 story condos buildings...So why don't we clutter the cities and populate the cities with 8-10 stories condos buildings...Believe it or not but condos are the future of the world...

And think how much will it cost to demolish a building, to then later construct a new one where the old one was standing...Do you have all that in mind, before you jump to say that we should continue to have the 60 million dollars buildings....

And if you are so adamant about it, you can with 10 million construct a 45 story building and with the 50 millions left back (from those 60 millions) you can ornate or decorate the building (the inside of it), making it really state of the art and make each condo REALLY LUXURIOUS, AND NOT THAT STuff you call luxurious...Again, If you like...

link those mini-supercomputers together and do building simulations like how a building will look like, like what i call "web graphic building ingeneering designs modeling" ....And this way look at the design of a building how it will look like before it is design...
