Gas Prices Expected to go Up, up up!

Published:

The price of gas has a way to go to reach some of the numbers I saw on the news last night.  It is almost shocking.  Next week it is supposed to go past $4.00 per gallon for regular unleaded.  However, when I saw that even at that price, we are still the lowest..In Europe, they pay about 8.65 per gallon of gas and other places at least $6.00.  That is just for the gas and I am not talking diesel yet.  In some places, diesel is about $14.00 per gallon.  It wouldn't be so bad if our money kept up with the prices.  I also learned that most of the government reports are skewed up because they don't reflect what is actually happening in the REAL world.  But I can say this definitely, BUSH HAS SERVED HIS OIL CRONIES WELL.  GOOD JOB!

On Hillary, when I was looking at the news last night, I had a moment of dejavue.  Are they going to steal the election for her?  Alright folks, what do you think?

When you get close enough to the waterfall, it no longer matters who paddles the canoe... except in terms of who gets the blame ;-)

Well, I don't much know who I prefer between Hillary and Obama, I spend my time looking at quality Bicycles and accessories.Of course gas prices have far reaching impact, and it hurts a little more everyday, but the pain at the pump has no immediacy for me. A mid-range KHS lists at $359.00.
Will they steal the election for Hillary? After the tad affair 8 years ago, I expect the worse!!

I keep asking the question how Bush impacted the current gasoline prices, and no has come up with an answer that is not emotional, or based on hatred of Bush. Cliton banned drilling in Alska ten years ago, Demorats cry the Alaska oile won't be available for ten years. Guess what, those ten years have passed. Democrats counter that it would only save %0.50 a gallon. D-U-H ! Fifty cents is fifty cents. How if the US Congress, run by Democrats for 40 years had allowed drilling off the coast of California and Florida; just like it is now done in Louisiana? How about if the US Congress had allowed the start up of Nuclear plants twenty years ago? Like the ones all across Europe and Isreal? How about Congress raising the tax on gasoline to %0.45? Add that to the savings we could have had from Alaska and we'd be a dollar cheap!! The President has zero impact on the price of oil. 90% of it is drilled over seas - mostly by countrys looking for the demise of America. Miss that? Most oil is being provided by countrys who have sworn to destroy America. What part of that confuses you with Bush? What does the Congress do? N-O-T-H-I-N-G ! If we drilled our own oil, the the President can control it. Until then it is N-O-T the Presidents fault. Rephrased, it is not the fault of Bush! Question, the Speaker of the House promised, if America would give the Democrats control of the House, she would lower the price of oil. How much has it gone down since you gave her control? Are you dumb enough to believe Obama and a 70% majority of the house is going to lower the price of gas? D-U-H ! They have lied, election after election, about what they would give you. You got a lot of promises, but not a single thing has improved. In case you missed it the first time. Not a single thing has improved! The answer is more oil. Once you have enough oil, then you can look around and see hw the toy windmils work. Until then, watch you income decline. That is the ONLY change you are going to see.
Once again, give me valid proof that Bush is to blame. Not hatred or emotion, logical proof!

@mefirstyoulast...What happened 10 years ago is moot. The prices were low enough that no one saw it coming. Since Bush got in office, the price has climbed higher and higher, and nothing was done about it.

When President Bush took office on January 20, 2001, the national average gas price was $1.46 per gallon. Six and a half years later, on August 27, 2007, the national average gas price had jumped to $2.76, roughly 89% higher. Compounded annually, this represents about a 10% jump each year Bush has been in office.

Now, let’s compare the numbers over the same time period for President Clinton.

When Clinton took office on January 20, 1993, the national average gas price was $1.06 per gallon. six and a half years later, the national average gas price had jumped to $1.22, roughly 15% higher. Compounded annually, this represents about a 2% jump each year.

Of course it's not all Bush's fault considering he's just a puppet anyway, lie all the rest of the presidents. He doesen't control most things anyway. The people who really control everything that goes on is the Bilderberg group, the Illuminati, the Federal reserve, and lately it seems a small minority of tree huggers.

I wouldn't worry anyway, because in 2012, the major contact from the aliens that have been here already will give us new technology that requires no need for fuel. Finally, the new fuel will be to take advantage of the eloctromagnetic or static energy fields that are all around us, and that are being used by ufos to hover and move around.

If you have been paying attention gas will go to $12 to $15 per gallon regardless of what happens to the economy. We are entering a period of wealth destruction. You might as well start cutting back right now and figure ways to save money before you really get slammed. Do not buy foreign products if you can possibly help it because of the fuel consumed to make them and transport them here. If you have cable TV cut it back or have it shut off. Walk and carpool as much as you can. Plan your trips and routes in advance to reduce fuel consumption and maximize what you can get done.

As far as gas prices in Europe go, some of those countries have cheaper gas than us if you take out all the excess taxes. Higher gas prices in Europe dont matter as much because of all the rail miles they have. You can ride trains between cities and then switch over to subways and street cars once you get to the city you want.

AGAIN dont say you did not know 12 to 15 dollar gas wasn't comming.
Do yourself a favor and start cutting back NOW. Dont buy foreign products they are wastefull, Shut off or Cut down your Cable TV, conserve gas, find other ways to save.
