I can't remember where on yahoo i read it, but i read on yahoo that Oil companies made together 87 billion dollars...I am sure they can chip in and collect 3 billion and the 180 to 210 million dollars from earned interest can go into a free lotto working like an ATM working as an Emergency Fund...

I am sure they got like 20 BILLION (together) in the bank...Those 3 billion they are not going to lose it is only going to be on hold for 1 decade until the oil situation gets better...After those 10 years they will get their 3 billion dollars back...After all, the next year they are going to make 88 billions more and the following year they are going to make 85 (or whatever) billions more and then the following year after that they are going to make 30 billion (or whatever) again, and this is going to repeat over and over each year to who knows eternity....What will it cost them to take some lousy 3 billion out of the 600 BILLION they are going to make in a 10 year period and set it up as an Discretionary Emergency Fund Free Lotto ATM....

I know you are going to think that the U.S has 300 million people and that 357,000 winners a day is not that much...

Considering that there are 46 million vehicles cars in the U.S there are 68 but 22 million are heavy machinery and construction vehicles, etc....And out of those 46 million i say 6 millions belong to owners that have 2 cars...So that leaves with 40 million....And out of the 40 million how many owners make 70,000 a year, enough to be able to put gas in their cars? i say about 10 million, that leaves with 30 million cars in the U.S...
