Very Powerful System, that can be taught to a Supercomputer: more powerful than wheels..

I just discovered a system that is very, very, very powerful..Well is not a system but a way of looking at the lotto...This system is so powerfull that if you teach it to a supercomputer it will be better than Neural Network and Artificial Intelligence...And guess what? Is more POWERFUL THAN A WHEEL...
But you could always teach the computer Neural Network and artificial intelligence but to do it using this system...

I say a supercomputer because i am impressed at its speed, calculation and incredible feats that it can perform...But you could teach this to a semi-supercomputer, a mini-supercomputer (desktop supercomputer) or a regular computer all these using powerfull algorithms and they will do just fine...And they will be able to perform the same task as a supercomputer...And i'll like to remind you that a desktop supercomputer, what i call a mini-supercomputer by Nvidia cost 5,00 dollars (two per customers)...

Well here is the system...Again is not a system but a way of looking at the Powerball numbers...Let me explain to you what high ending digits are: 6,16,26,36,46,56, 7,17,27,37,47, 8,18,28,38,48, 9,19,29,39,49, 10,20,30,40,50 are all high ending digits...Now this goes for Powerball & MegaMillions first 5 ball it doesn't include the bonus ball...Most of the time in Powerball & MegaMillions 2 or 3 high ending digits will play...On some few ocasion 1 high ending digit will only play...Remember there is 5 high ending digits, 6,7,8,9 & 10...

You should know that 2 of the same ending digits almost don't play...

Well here is the system...If you can track and predict the high ending digits (there are 5 of them) and predict the location/position of each of the 3, 2 or 1 high ending digits you can say game over...Let me explain...Let's take the combination: 7,8,13,46,54....Now that combination has 3 high ending digits that are 7, 8 & 6...Well let's say that you knew that for the next Powerball drawing the winning combination was going to have 3 high ending digits, and let's say you knew they were 7, 8 & 6 and let's say that you knew to location/position of each of the 3 high ending digits...Let's say that you knew that high ending digit 7 was going to appear on the 1st position, and that high ending digit 8 was going to be on the second position/location and that high ending digit 6 was going to be on the 4th location/position...All you have to do is look at how many combination will have high ending digit 7 on the 1st position, high ending digit 8 on the 2nd position and high ending digit 6 on the 4th position...So you ask yourself how many combinations fit that criteria...And i am sure is going to be less than 50 or 100 combinations...

So if you could teach a supercomputer, semi supercomputer, or mini-supercomputer through powerfull algorithms to track the mostly 3 and 2 high ending digits that mostly play and track which ones (for they are only 5 of them and the same ones don't repeat twice) and track which ending digits are they, and track the location/position of the 3 or 2 high ending digits if you can teach that to a supercomputer...Game over...And is very easy is not hard...This is more powerful than wheels, and more powerful than Artificial Intelligence, and Neural Network and many other things...So if you can teach that to a supercomputer...Another example, let's assume you knew that high ending digit 8 was coming alone and it was coming on the 4th position....How many combinations are there that have high ending digit 8 on the 4th position alone with no other ending digits...You may find combinations with high ending digit 8 on the 3rd position or 5th position but we are not looking for that we are looking for the 4th position/location....This along with the fact that most Powerball combinations that play have 3 even numbers or 2 even numbers, this can be a constraint...And i am sure that combinations that meet that criterial are but a handful...So the question is how many combinations have high ending digit of 8 on the 4th position and meet the criteria of having from 2 to 3 even numbers...How many combinations are there...This is very powerful...YOu teach it to a supercomputer or a computer with powerful algorithms, and game over...You can even create a lottery software that does this...For no one has invented it yet...

But you have to remember something, high ending digit 8 can be: 8, 18, 28, 38, 48...

You could even teach the supercomputer/semi-supercomputer/mini-supercomputer/desktopsupercomputer, computer with powerful algorithms, program with powerful algorithms you can teach it to search also for numbers and to track the numbers that 8 falls on or whatever high ending digit you want...Example to track not just the high ending digit 8 but which numbers are they whether they are 8, 18, 28, 38, 48...But you will have to constantly upgrade the lotto sofware or computer or semi-supercomputer with new algorithms and techniques all in the same confinentment of what i just talk about...

Also words of encouragement...if the supercomputer, lotto program, selects a handful of combination based on its algorithms and logic and those handful of combination doesn't win, don't worry, those combinations are PROJECTED to play within 20 years, even though they HAVE to win since you are filtering from all the combinations possible...You see those combinations are what are going to play 6 months from now, 2 years from now, 5 years from now, 12 years from now, etc...So basically you will have in your hand what's going to play in the future even though that future may seem distant.... 

Now the bonus ball is a different story, you will have to tackle it youself but at least i have cut off most of the work for you...But at least remember for the most part the bonus ball will be tween 5-30 (5 to 30)....

Again let me reiteirate, this is more powerful than the tactic of wheels, than artificial intelligence tactics or neural network tactics to win the lottery...

but this is only if you want to take it a step further....
all you need to do is teach the supercomputer to use from the 50 to 100 combinations that it harvest to elininate the "heaviest" numbers, the numbers that have played the most and there you will have it...

you could also get the for example, if you know the 8 is coming on the 4th position all you have to do is track which number is going to be it, whether is 8, 18, 28, 38 ,etc and ask yourself, how many combinations are there that have for example, 28 on the 4th position? how many, out of the Pick5/56 not including the bonus ball...
