I've been playing around with an idea for Pick 3.
Since it's all "random", I made a little RGN that spits out the numbers 0 thru 9 in no particular order and then make pairs out of the last 4 numbers and combine them with the first 4 numbers to make P-3 numbers.
Here is what I had for last night IL Eve P-3.
