What they aren't saying is that, even if everyone wore one of these bracelets on 9/11, it wouldn't have stopped the planes from flying into the WTC. They're supposed to only be activated when there is an actual hijacking, but activated by whom? "I just noticed, the man in 23C is my ex-husband" ZAP!   "Oh it's that obnoxious guy in 10B again buzzing me to get him another blanket" ZAP!   :-)
