This is my last blog urging countries to get themselves an awesome 30 dollar scratchoffs...

i am placing this so that the whole world sees it...
Turkey & Pakistan you need to wake up and get yourself scratchoffs like the one i mentioned like the Billion dollar scratchoffs that gives out lots of millionaires...
Turkey & Pakistan you need to do this so that there is a lot of millionaires in Turkey & Pakistan & Russia...
Turkey & Pakistan i know you can make Massachussetts scratchoffs better so that it maximizes the number of millionaires you have in your country....
But you need to create something that will create the maximum amound of millionaires...I don't understand where you need to copy you don´t copy and where you don´t need to copy you copy...You don´t need Powerball or Megamillions as long as you have thousands of scratchoffs that pay 20 or 25 million dollar and each of those 25 millions are placed in the bank at 4% and let the winner earn 1 million dollars each year for life and for the life of his kids? tell me what better deal than that...Turkey & Pakistan please listen to me this is what you need...This will beat having Powerball or Megamillions in your country....Russia you also need to be listening to this...Ask yourself if you have Megamillions how many times a year are you going to have 1 winner maybe 1?But if you set hundreds of 30 dollar scratchoff paying 20 or 25 million how many winners a year are you going to have? exactly...The more 30 dollar scratchoffs you get the better...Turkey, Russia & Pakistan you need to have scratchoff from 10 dollar and up and have also 30 dollar scratchoffs...Have scratchoffs that pay 500,000 and above in your repective countries...DO NOT HAVE SCRATCHOFFS THAT PAY LESS THAN THAT...You know my state of Georgia has 38 types of scratchoffs and the population of Georgia is like 4 million...Your respective populations have 140 million for Russia, 70 million for Turkey and 164 million people for Pakistan...Please listen to me, you need to have this type of scratchoffs...
Turkey & Pakistan & Russia please you need to listen...You know i can email you either because my email due to the robot of the search engines is considered Spam email, is a stupid law that they set....And to mass email a place in a country it COST TOO MUCH....FOR sending 1 million emails it may cost me like 80 dollars to 1 country and that's just 1 country and that's just 1 million people, countries have more than 1 million people AND not only that but the mass email that i send it goes to people's bulk folder it doesn't go to their inbox in their email.....And not only that but each country lottery website is in their respective language which I DON'T UNDERSTAND...Otherwise i would have done so...
And Turkey and Pakistan & Russia you NEED TO MAKE YOUR WOMEN WIN...I AM NOT ASKING YOU THIS I AM TELLING YOU....
If there is any person from Turkey, Pakistan, or Russia who really care about their country you need to talk to your representative, government official, governor, mayor, president government into implementing this in the countries i mentioned.....Russia you have 141 million people out of the 3 countries i mentioned, that's a lot of people...You need to do this Russia...Pakistan you have 164 million people you need to do this...Turkey you have 70 million people that's a lot of people...Turkey you need to do this....
Turkey, Russia & Pakistan have in mind: You have to remember that it takes 30 years sometimes 40 years of work to accumulate 1 million dollars, now imagine if a person got 1 million dollars EACH DAMN YEAR...That's why the lottery or scratchoffs is like an elevator it circumvents the stairs, it basically circumvent years of hard work...
Italy you are also another country who need to do this...
And the whole world specially if you have a large amount of population...YOu need to have a PICK2 THAT PAYS 50 DOLLARS AS JACKPOT AND THAT IT COST 25 CENTS....And please listen, IT NEEDS TO COST 25 CENTS...Please notice that i choose my words carefully in all my blogs, please note that...
And you need to have a tax to paint each premises/house/building every 2 years to enbeautify the country.....
Something else you could do if you wanted to is create a 30$ scratchoff and let the scratchoffs earn 20 or 25 million and buy houses with them and give them away as prizes for playing 30$ scratchoffs.....
India, you are thinking "oh we are doing the same thing the U.S is doing and what you don't see, is that you need 4 times better stuff than the U.S because you have 4 times the amount of population they got..Just a remainder...This is something you don't see..Which is not enough that you don't have the same economy the U.S got...People of the world, countries with large population, you need to listen to me...
If you are from Turkey, Pakistan, Russia or Italy and you are here in Lottery post, you need to contact your lottery official, government official, representative, governor, mayor, country's president of your particular country and tell them to implement this...

YOu must also create a Powerball that cost 2 dollars..If the powerball that cost 1 dollar can have a starting jackpot of 12 million dollars, then a 2 dollar Powerball can have a starting jackpot of 24 million dollars...
This is what you need...
So you are going to have a Powerball for 2 dollars with a starting jackpot of 2 dollars, and another Powerball with starting jackpot of 3 million that cost 25 cents, with a pick2 that cost 25 cents and pays 50 dollars and is a combination pick2 and not a permutation pick2, Plus a 30 dollar scratchoffs that pays 25 million and gives the winner 1 million dollars a year for life, at 4% or 5% in the bank...
Please remember, you need better things than the U.S, you don't have the same economy as the U.S that's why; you know; to make progress...And even this will not make you even with the U.S...Stuff you need to have in mind...
You also need to have a lottery that will give 50 million dollars and 100 million dollars, i don't know how you are going to do it but you need to do it...
You also need to create 2 Pick5, EXACTLY like Virginia's Cash5 one for 25 cents with an aggregate money of 2 million dollars PER DRAWING...But the State of Virginia only has 7 million people, and i bet no more than 20% of the population plays Virginia's Cash5...You can have less population than Virginia as long as more percentage of people play Virginia's Cash5 and still get the same aggregate money as Virginia's Cash5, which is 2 million dollars PER drawing and is actually played twice a week...But you don't have 7 million people you have 70+ million people...So you should have not 2 million dollars aggregate money per drawing but instead like 5 million even though it should be 10 because 70 divided by 7 equals 10 and remember that's only if 20% of the population plays, but if that percentage increase the better the aggreggate amount will increase...And because you have more population, you will can give yourself the luxury of playing 3 times a day...Remember Virginia's Cash5 plays EVERY SINGLE DAY...And you can give people instead of paying 25,000, you can start giving out refrigerators, DVD's, Plasma TV, Computers, Radios, Anything less than 900 dollars...
It will be like a scratchoffs but better because it will SO MAXIMIZED.....And if you do the math, in 1 year there will be 5 million people winners of computers, or Plasma TV's or DVD's or Refrigerators, or Washers, or Dryers....So in 5 years there will be 25 million people winners and in 10 years there will be 50 million people winners...You could say that there will be 50 million people with computers in your country, which is very good, or 50 million people with refrigerators (i am talking in a country with 70 million people)...And remember your population is 70 million plus, so you need something like that...And if you are India the country where Tata motors have the 2,500 car, then there will be 25 million people with that car in 10 years...But because India population is 1 billion in 10 years there will be like 300 to 400 million people with the 2,500 car called the nano...Again is stuff like this that you need, you need stuff that mass impact in a Global scale, for you ARE NOT THE U.S....Just remember, the U.S GDP is 20% you hear that 20% of the total Global GDP, yours is not...
And remember the 50 million people with computers or refrigerators in the country with 70 million people is only if no more than 20% of the population plays your Pick5 (Virginia Cash5 style), remember if the percentage is bigger, then the number will be bigger...The number of people winners of computers, or refrigerators, should be 100 million in 10 years (remember your population is only 70 million), but i left it at only 50 million....Also i said that the percentage of people in the State of Virginia that plays Virginia's Cash5 is less than 20% but i honestly (and i think i am correct), but i honestly think the number is less than 20%, i think is like 3%....LOL....I need to find out what's the percentage...
