I notice Puerto Rico has it and Panama has it...I've ask if the U.S has it and i've been told that they don't have it...In Spanish is abono in English is downpayment, layaway, etc...

Here in Panama if let's say a washer cost 300 dollars if you have good credit and a job you can get that washer and pay 6 dollars a month or 10 dollars a month they even have as low as 4 dollars a month, and you pay it every month until you finish paying it, but of course you will end up paying 30 to 50 dollars extra for that service...And i ask myself why don't they have this in the U.S, this is super wonderful...

For instance some people can't afford to pay all 300 dollars at one time because they may be paying the car insurance or the car payment....So why doesn't the U.S and Europe have this...

If you can buy an clothes heated iron right away which cost less than 30 bucks, then you can get it if you have good credit and pay 2 dollars a month, you can do this with a lot of things, the entire house...Televisions, Armore, DVD, computer, bed, stove, clothes iron, dryer, etc, etc, etc....So why don't they have this in the U.S.A....Let me guess Americans are too proud to get that? That's downpayment, how about layaway? I remember i took out a speedo watch one time paying 6 dollars everymonth until i finish paying it and after i finish paying it i got it...And the thing is if you pay it little by little but later you change your mind, and don't want to pay it more, the store stays with the money....So why don't they do this in the U.S...But i am talking paying every biweekly up to 9 months or 1 year...So why don't they do this, specially if the article cost more than 90 dollars...

This will be so wonderful that it will make America so great that it will stop proverty in the U.S....This will take Americans out of debt....instead of having to charge everything to the credit card...But guess who wouldn't like it? Credit Cards company wouldn't like it, and people buy that crap like Credit Card companies are giving Americans jobs...If Credit Card companies went down tomorrow, there wouldn't be lots of job loss....

If you can pay a little every month save that payment on your own and pay cash in full when you have enough.
Gives you the option to change your mind when you have all the cash.
Just like saving weekly or monthly for a car. Save up $20,000.00 and go to the bank and stack up The $20,000.00 in cash. You see all that money you saved you might be inclined to change your mind and buy a $1,000.00 klunker instead. ROFLMAO

Abono also means fertilizer you know where fertilizer comes from. Lo que estas proponiendo es absurdo y no aplica a todo Estados Unidos. Hace nos un favor y preocupate de Panama o Puerto Rico, todo lo que lees en tu pais hacia los EU. es propaganda. En los EU todo el mundo no estan de dia a dia, hay milliones que no tienen ni un problema economico. Los EU tiene el desempleo mas bajo del mundo y tenie el mejor nivel de vida en la historia del mundo.

Gracias por su preocupacion, pero este pais es el que salvo milliones sobre milliones de las opresas fisicas y economicas en su historia corta. Y este problema ahora economico esta muy esajerado, todo saldra bien. La jenta pobre, aqui, es porque lo quieren y son todos concentrados en los barrios de las ciudades controldas por la junta de la izquierda. Son adictos de la teta del goberierno.

El gobierno por la promesa de prestamos para todos se hizo una duda con jente que no podia repagar los prestamos. Esto es el base del problema.

Yo amo Puerto Rico. Nada contra Panama o Puerto Rico.

And i don't sit down thinking of the same crap over and over i mean i don't even like watching tv, everything on TV is BORING, AGAIN BORING, what i do all day? think up stuff to better the world and make it more advanced and that INCLUDES the U.S.A...How boring is to sit down and....i better not continue...

I agree Pumpi, I am very defensive of this USA, and I think you are very good person and have good ideas, I read just about everthing you write, thank YOU!

You are definitely better than anything on the TV!

And if the U.S is doing SO WONDERFUL, why don't they have Washington State's Match4, Virginia's Cash5 & West Virginia's Cash25 in every state, i mean since is doing so wonderful....And the less homeless people a country has that's says stuff about a country...

And even if the U.S was doing SUPERB and had a surplus, that will still be only half of the population, the Males, how about the females...How many female billionaires are they that are Americans compared to the males...

I just heard like 2 minutes ago, Anderson Cooper from CNN said and i quote: "we might be heading to the next depression"....He said it i didn't...That's the only thing i do is watch news, nothing else except for cartoons...

In fact, almost ANY invention or service you can think of, if it exists and is worth having, America has it.

Their will never be an end to poverty.
You can start 100 people off with $1,000.00. They all start equal on what they have.
In 6 months time you will have wealth classification of those 100 people starting with most wealthy down to poverty level.

well it is true poverty will be there but you can minimize it...I believe there are 2 kinds of poverty, poverty due to some environmental factor like been unable to grow on a specific land due to weather, and the other is one every country experiences....Well i don't know if the one cause by weather can be cured i'll like to think that it can, but is the one that every country in the world experiences that i believe can be almost cured but not 100% but instead like 96%...But i proved a way that poverty in the world can be cured despite of the wheather but i bet the American government and the richest countries of the world will not like it because after all, there most be a poor country for the rich to be called rich, even though this is not entirely true and actually what i propose can make every country in the world rich and have this world have a surplus so that it can save money for when global trends are hard but again i don't think the G7 will like it....And i hate to say it but the root cause of this is DISCRIMINATION....Discrimination of people is so embeded into other people's brain that they will not want to do it...Before this can happen discrimination must be eliminated which i found very hard to do...Poverty can be cured, what may and again i say may not be cured is DISCRIMINATION...And for Poverty to be cured discrimination/racism must be cured first...
The countries poverty not 100% but like 80% is due to growth of population...I mean look at the scenario...If you have 3 kids because noadays everyone wants 3 kids, so if you have 3 kids and each of your kids want 3 kids and each of the kids of your kids wants 3 kids, and GDP only grows so much per year and there is only so much jobs that they can give to people per year, really it can't keep up with population growth...Remember jobs and government is a gigantic lottery...

I don't worry about Panama because Panama doesn't want to create a Pick3 game that pays straight only here in Panama....They have this Pick4 game that you must match straight and to tap it all off you can select your tickets, you have to buy what they give you...If you want a certain number you must travel by bus to a different county or to the far ends of the city to get one, and that is if they have it and depends on what number you buy it because they ask you to buy a different number with it too...and like 80% of the population plays that lottery, the only lottery the country has...Talking about monopoly and worse of all, the situation is getting worse here in panama is hard to find jobs....So they don't want to create a lottery to give people a break i really will not worry about them...And what makes me mad the most is that they only have a "Male" mentality, like there wasn't females in the country....
So why should i worry about that country...

but i realize that country's poverty can be cured to a 97% degree, almost entirely but it only works in small countries, big countries it doesn't work, well it works but for it to happened we will need the cooperation of the entire population something very hard to do...How with Virginia's Cash5 lottery....1 down 2 more to go....
I still want to find a way to make 100 million people of the U.S out of the 300, have 1 million placed in the bank and earned 50,000 a year (the hardest of them all).....We still need to figure out a way to make kids in school get motivated to go to school to perhaps earn money to get good grades....

we need that and the messiah pill that will make women not get preganant just like that but instead get pregnant when they want to...A pill that will not give them high bloog pressure, cancer or stroke or heart attack...We just need that...

En Panama la gente so cochina, they got all the damn streets dirty with thrash..they pay people to pick it up, why don't they place people in strategic places and make them oversee people that throw thrash, people that throw thrash get slammed with a 50 dollar debt that they must pay to the government...Cochinos te digo...Worse than using the toilet and not washing your hands...
