I'm assuming you are talking about the jackpot games. Occasionally I'll use LP's RNG, if I just don't feel like doing a workup or I feel like doing something different. Actually, I used it for tomorrow's Maddog's powerball challenge, because I don't play powerball so I don't bother keeping stats for that game.
Remember, you are working with very long odds. It really doesn't matter a whole lot what method you use, it's going to be the result of luck if you win a jackpot.

Next, pick how many you want, then, click on the cilp board, copy and past it to word, or note pad, then, write them down.
Play those quick picks, they do come in often.
