Out of the possible 1000 combinations for numbers to come out straight in the Pic 3 games,

All except for 31 of 1000 have hit since the year 2000.

29 of these 31 have hit since the 90's.  Thus leaving only 2 numbers that have not been drawn since the 80's. The two numbers are 179 which has appeared only 2 times in the entire history of the Ohio lottery and 023 which has only appeared 3 times.

The number 179 last appeared in March of 1989 and 023 last appeared in January of 1984.

The average number of times for each number to hit currently stands at 9 to 10 hits per number or approx. once every 2 years. So as you can see these 2 numbers are way overdue. Especially the 023 which has not appeared in over 21 years. So you may want to put a couple dollars on this one to come out straight when you play your numbers. It just might pay off soon.
