You couldn't have had the book more than a couple of days now - wondering how you are making any kind of comparison based on it for that short of a time. I would think you'd need to have any system at least a few weeks - more likely a few months - before deeming it successful. Am I wrong?

If you could revisit this topic in a few weeks/months, I'd love to see how you're doing with it, and if you're still using it consistently after that time. Thanks for sharing!

I'd noticed a couple of days ago you got the book. You've evidently really gotten in to it. Looking forward to periodic updates. I'd considered buying it, but never got around to it.

@ Todd, Even if they only had the book now for a couple of days, doesn't mean they had not read it before. I had taken mine out from the library and read it all before I bought it.
