I can relate to that article as I have actualy been at the same streets he referred too.
Walked and have driven them as well as had lunch at wild wings just down the street.

It's in Charleston S.C. down by market st .
I have actualy done some restoration work on a couple of homes on wentworth about one block from the corner of east bay and wentworth. They call that area south of broad st . The historical district.
