Yes you can upload pics. On your blog entry page click the control that says 'Insert/edit image' and follow the steps.

Uploading images is simple and quick -- for Gold and Platinum members. In order to upload images, you need to have storage space reserved for you on the LP web server, and only premium members have that feature.
