FREE LOTTO, WHY NOT DO THIS 6 FREE TICKETS FOR EVERY 1 DOLLAR SPEND ON THE DOLLAR STORE: Why don't they create a free lotto where you go to a dollar store or other store and they have special things or just things, and for whatever dollar you spend, you get 4 free tickets to a free lottery that pays 1 million...It will be as if though you was actually playing the state lottery but you are not...You could even create a MegaMillions whose jackpot is 1 million that each ticket cost 25 cents, well actually it doesn't cost 25 cents per say, but for every dollar you spend on the dollar store you get 4 or 6 tickets which will be like actually playing the lottery...But for this to work the free lotto must be legitimate, and you will have to be able to pay in the store with some kind of chip with barcodes so that people know that you are playing the lottery and once you buy them, you go home and plug in the number barcode in the computer and play your tickets...It will be like playing the actuall lottery for 25 cents or 1 dollars divided by 6 depending on how many tickets per dollar spent they give you....But let me use the dollar store for example to make people will go to the dollar store to buy 1 dollar toothpaste and buy a bunch of them to get those tickets, but you can put a constraint on it, for example you can't buy more than 30 dollars worth with the chip daily, however i have to say that this will only work with the dollar store, it will not work with stores like Walmart....And you can put another constraints, that they will be quick picks, that way for it to be a winner there will have to be 175 million combinations divided by 4 or 6 depends how many tickets you get for 1 dollar...You don't have to start with 1 million you could start with 500,000 or whatever...And the products listed just gather money and accumulate for the jackpot whether is every 3 days like MegaMillions or every week....You will see people have like 100 stuff of what they need....They will have like 100 pairs of toothpaste...LOL...And remember since is not a state lottery but a free lottery the lottery does not collect the 40% or 50% that the state takes making room for more jackpots to be offered...You don't have to pay 1 million if you want you could pay more is up to you up to where your money allows...But for this to work there will have to be dollar stores everywhere or they will have to be bigger...Dollar stores will have to be like warehouses...

Or what about having a card that automatically upgrades the tickets you got from your purchase to the computer on the stores and every week there is free lotto taken place instead of you having to plug it in the computer the store does it automatically for you...?
