Latin America, you need 2 things...You need a lotto that pays 1 million dollars to women only....

Look Latin America, if you want to prove that you are superior to asians because honestly that's how you view yourself, you need to do these 2 things...

You need to creat something like a free lotto or like a charity that will pay 1 million dollars to women only..But not just 1 winner, but something like 3,000 women winners, 3,000 women winners that each will win 1 million dollars....

You also need a National Social Security Lotto, one that will select 1 billionaire winner and other prizes...

1 1billion dollar winner       [every year]

30 50 million dollar winers  [every year]

230 10 million dollar winners [every year]

3,200 1 million dollar winners [every year]

=   8 billion dollars

and 1 billion as tax for the government.....

And all this by taking 30 dollars a year as tax...

Again the stupidity acts that humans engage on sometimes...Latin America you think of yourself as superior to Africa and Asian...Well DAMN PROVE IT: CREATE THIS...

Africa you need to create this also...

Europe you don't need this, what you need is like how i said before, create multiple free lottos that will create like 3,200 recipients winners each of 1 million dollars but for women....That's what YOU Europe need...You might be Europe but you still have your left hand super weak...Something like a PRIVATE FREE LOTTO...OR PRIVATE SPECIALIZED FREE LOTTO....
