Sometimes when I watch TV, I feel comforted knowing the horrific crimes are only make believe.  Then I read a story like this and realize there's nothing worse than what happens in the real world.

This guy was a piece of work. I thought all the psychopaths got into politics first and THEN started their dungeons and torture stuff.
