what i am saying is if it is true that Dakota Fanning has those 500 million dollars, with all that money and influence she can go to D.C where the lawmakers are and talk to them about implementing such a lottery for teenagers...Not saying that she is going to spend any of that money...All i am saying with her influence...Since she is a teenager...

And Japan and Germany you need to make the revenue from the lottery go to finding the cure to alzheimers, cancer, etc....I feel that developed countries, which are developed already, should let the lottery money go to research into trying to find the cure to diseases like alzheimers, parkinsons, cancer, etc...

it could be diseases, or fatness, etc..
i say this because Germany, Japan kids in these countries and other international countries kids fare better than the USA in schools...So no need to invest in the education no more but instead in research to find the cure to alzheimers, parkinsons, fatness, and other diseases...

not just research into trying to find the cure to diseases but also into equipment used in surgery or other stuff used in the hospital...Could you imagine if you took 500 million dollars from the 2 billion dollars that germany generated from lottery or whatever quantity and use those 500 million dollars into creating the most advanced HOSTPITAL or used that money to buy Germany/Japan already advanced hospital some instruments or equipment that not many people have...Can you imagine that...

And to germany and most countries..I am affraid kids will have to pay the price...But to have a better educational system than the USA i got this idea from my dad all you have to do is make the school year longer, or the hours that kids go to school longer, but you give them more intermediate vacations, you do this and then you use the lottery money for research into finding the cure to alzheimers, cancer, biotechnology, genetic ingeneering, new pharmaceuticals, etc...by the way those same kids from school will one day need surgery or use a hospital or whatever...
Africa you can use this also....You can use it to create hospitals, each country...
You see not the whole world needs to make lottery money go to education some countries do others don't...Each country's need is different...

This sounds like a very great idea, better than what you got now...if you decide to use it, all i ask from Germany and Japan is that they get themselves more minorities, specially black people because what is Germany, Russia, Japana and parts of Eastern Europe is full with people with 1 color i don't know how you don't see anything wrong with that...

i also wonder how much does it cost to construct a college and a big university with campus and library and gym...Now not all countries are going to do this, some countries may need to contruct tall buildings with it and beautify a city...Again depends on the country..And the funny thing is that this money is every year..LOL...I think Germany generates more than 2 billion dollars a year, for the population that that country has which i think is either 65 million or 85 million people, i say is like at least 5 billion dollars each year from the lottery...
some countries may have a perfect health care system or perfect hospitals and may need to work on something else, like transportation system...

But Germany collects 5 billion from the lottery but we don't realize that lottery is an old fashion game, [juegos de antano] suppose they start using games that requires ingenuity? Then they will rake twice as much and Germany will rake 10 billion dollars instead of 5 billion dollars...Remember in the distant future the lotteries will be replaced by games of ingenuity that's my hunch...Can you imagine if Germany has 10 BILLION DOLLARS to use and let's say it went to construct hospitals or buy innovative equipments for surgery, etc, etc...Can you imagine that...LOL...

and i know Germany is saying that why can't they let the lottery money go into education further, because Germany is trying so hard to immitate the USA and it doesn't realize that Germany is the size of texas and the state of Nevada put together...The USA is bigger than Germany in size and population...but again you can't tell them anything...
Remember when i say that some countries may need to spend the lottery money in transportation [trasportation not roads], well if your country is getting congested the solution is to expand the city in the country side and expand the city roads arteries to the country side and you can do this by creating new roads in the country side and creating tall buildings in the country side, you are sort of moving the city east or west or south or north...One thing that ALL THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD don't see is that they expect new rich people to come from abroad with "inversiones""investment" sort of they expect investors to come and invest in the countries and they don't realize that there is only such much investors in the world with a lot of money and where do they get it from? The fastest way to get huge sums of money is through the lottery, other wise wait for your 30 years of saving to be up so you can start investing...See what i am saying? so if the government doesn't start putting its hands on this where will the investment come from to invest in these projects to move the city up north or east or west or south, investments comes really slow, the government can do it a lot faster, by building talls buildings and stuff that will give jobs to people...
Something else i see that most countries in the world will have to do is you will have to create 2 or 3 extra provincial/state lotteries played only in those provinces and the revenue will go to the provinces...To push for those particular provinces to move forward...I foresee that...

And something else i forgot for you Germany for Japan for Greece and for Turkey...You need a tri-country or penta-country sets of scratchoffs that pay 75 million and up all the way up to 100 million dollars...Germany you need this...Japan you need this...You Japan since you have the population of USA penta-state you can do it...Not just 1 but several that that way each country will have one...

But for this particular scratchoffs that promises 100 million dollars to 1 winner, why not create it like Powerball with a second prize paying 200,000 dollars...That way you can create a 100 million dollars with 20 million dollars for the second prize which is equal to 100 second prizes all going to the countries that do not have the winning ticket...And if they rotate suppose is a 3 countries, then 1 country gets the winning ticket, the other country gets 50 second prizes and the other country gets 50 second prizes but because they are not going to have just 1 scratchoff like that but a handful each country is going to get 50 second prize tickets extra like 3 or 4 times...So that will be 50 x 3 = 150 second prize ticket for 1 country and that's only if is 3 scratchoffs like that if is more like 5 then that will mean that each country will get 50 x 5 = 250 second prize scratchoffs tickets besides at least 1 winning ticket...

Let's go back to the hospital scenario again..HOw much does it cost to construct a hospital? 50 million, plus 50 million to equip it, that's 100 million and Germany must be making from the lottery like 5 billion? Then that's 50 hopitals in Germany hopistals that could serve the community eliminating the need for private hospitals or maybe not but at least offering health care to everyone, and thus overcoming the "HEALTH CARE" problem...And those 50 hospitals are only in 1 year, how about 3 years? Then it will be 150 hospitals...How about clinics, how about 5 years for hospitals and 3 years for clinics or how about 6 years for hospitals and the rest for clinics from then on...How much does it cost to construct a clinic? 10 million perhaps and to equip it? Exactly...You then pepper this through out Germany...GAME OVER...HEALTH CARE ACCOMPLISHED IN GERMANY...it will not work on the USA or Canada because they are huge countries very widespread and wide...

What we need now is to invent THE BIGGEST WATER PUMP as huge as possible, maybe the size of cars, the hugest one you can invent for flood and then connect the water pump into pipes that run to the desert but controlled or to a forrest....That, and create the VOLUNTEERING STOCK EXCHANGE for when natural disasters strike...i don't understand oil companies have oil running from Saudi Arabia all the way to the USA yet they can't create huge pumps connect them to pipe and let them run to dessert or forrest...
