AN END TO FLOODS...JUST TRYING TO HELP...

What we need now is to invent THE BIGGEST WATER PUMP as huge as possible, maybe the size of cars, the hugest one you can invent for flood and then connect the water pump into pipes that run to the desert but or to a forrest controlled by a valve ....That, and create the VOLUNTEERING STOCK EXCHANGE for when natural disasters strike...i don't understand oil companies have oil pipes running from Saudi Arabia all the way to the USA yet they can't create huge pumps connect them to pipe and let them empty out into the dessert or forrest...just think of the billions the government will save each year, billions that can go to more important cause...


AN END TO DESSERTS, AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO DESERT/FORREST....
I got another idea...Why not create a pump the side of a car and connect it to a huge river and then connect the pump to pipes that empty out in the desert all year long...The rivers are water that are wasted year long and empty out the pipes to the dessert or forrest with the help of a valve...But it will have to be a huge pump....So if in the desert water doesn't run, you run it through it...ask yourself the question, there are rivers that are massive where the water flows from the mountains to the ocean and is sweet water wasted, water that could go to watering a dessert...OR create a man-made river with SEVERAL EUROTUNEL MACHINES FROM THE OCEAN AND THEN BORROW THE WATER FROM THE MAN-MADE RIVER, SEND IT TO A PLANT THAT EXTRACTS THE SALT AND THEN USE SMALL PIPES TO RUN IT THROUGH THE DESSER AND LET SPRINKLE UP THE DESSERT...
THIS IS WHY THE USA SHOULD BUY THE SAHARA DESERT...IS A VERY CENTRICAL LOCATION TO ANYWHERE PLUS THEY CAN GROW/PLANT FOOD FOR THE COMMING CENTURIES WHEN THE WORLD POPULATION IS 90+ BILLIONS OR 200+ BILLION PEOPLE....WHAT THEY NEED TO CREATE NOW IS LIKE A HUGE FAN BUT THAT WILL SUCK UP AIR AND ABSORB THE SAND STORMS THAT HAPPEN THERE...
IF YOU LOOK AT A GLOBAL MAP YOU WILL SEE THAT THE SAHARA IS IN THE MIDDLE OF IT, FROM THE SAHARA THEY CAN DEPLOY TO ANY CONFLICT IN THE WORLD AND IN ASIA THEY CAN DEPLOY FROM THE USA....THIS IS NOT TOO CRAZY OF AN IDEA I AM TRYING TO HELP AND IF YOU HAVE A BETTER IDEA I SUGGEST YOU LAY IT DOWN....AND IF FOR SOME REASON IT DOESN'T WORK THEY CAN PLANT TREES, AND CREATE A JUNGLE/FORREST IN THE DESERT AND SPRINKLE THE FORREST....

IF YOU COULD CREATE A WATER PUMP THE RADIUS OF THE ENGINE OF A COMERCIAL AIRPLANE AND THAT IT SUCKS THE SAME WAY YOU WILL BE SET....FOR SOME REASON A COMERCIAL AIRPLANE ENGINE IS SIMILAR TO A PUMP...A COMERCIAL AIRPLANE OR THE MILITARY 1-10 TUNDERBOLT ENGINE OR THE ARMY BIGGEST CARGO AIRPLANE ENGINE THE C5 GALAXY ENGINE...
THIS WILL MAKE A GREAT MOVIE...

No matter how big a pump is it is not possible to divert the water else ware. Water has a tendency to create it's own path also known as hydraulics it will find a way to flood any areas that are lower than the flow. Moving large amount of water from one area to another isn't practical as you would need hundreds of these pumps and a place to pump too, pumping the water to the Sarah would only create a flood in the Sarah.

Think about this you dig a big hole in the sand 20 feet from shore place a pump in the sand you run the hose clear across the beach to some other area away from any body of water. As the tide comes in the hole fills up with water no matter how fast or big your pump is it cannot stop the tide or keep the hole intact. The hole collapses the sand rushes in clogging the pump.

On the other hand lets assume there is no sand just water in the hole. Wherever you divert the water it will be another flood just in a different location. If it were possible to create the pump you suggest it would already be happening.

Flood water seeks the path of least resistance. Streams become rivers, rivers become lakes etc.

If this was possible i don't think it will be happening, for they don't even have the pump the size of a comercial plane engine...I am not talking about creating a hole in a river for i know it will get flooded...I am talking about placing a pump the size of a comercial airplane engine below the river and then pump...And i am not talking about pumping water from the USA to the Sahara i was thinking of pumping water from rivers in Africa to the Sahara...I was thinking in pumping water from rivers in the USA to deserts in the USA places like Arizona...That's what i was thinking...I was thinking in Rivers across the world that are really UNUSED waisting waters....I think this could be possible just that it cost too much money and governments don't want to waste so much money on it because they got other bills to worry about...
and i can't flood out if the system is control through valves....A good example is water they can make automobiles run on water but they don't do it, they got the cure to stop global warming yet they don't do it i guess is because they are afraid...
I see in the future that they will have to filter water from the Sea and take the salt out of it, for use because most cars are going to run on water....
and i am not talking about any kind of river i am talking about rivers that are huge width wize, rivers that you have to use a binocular to look to the other size...
There are a lot more hard ideas that i heard they are planning to do that i don't know how are they going to do it...That idea is the bridge they are planning to build that will unite Africa and Europe...
And i not trying to brag but NO ONE has thought about this, so much people that live in the planet, nobody has thought about it...
And they will have to do it because i just wonder how they are going to do when they move to other planets or move to the red planet....
I am sick and tire to people putting down GOD DAMN GREAT IDEAS that could improve the world and make it better yet, nobody is talking about the "LEGALIZATION of cocaine" they are planning to do in the USA, to that idea people say oh yeah let's talk about it and to this people scorn at the idea...

nobody talks about the stupidity that tradictional healing medicine does but yet this idea which can change the planet people scorn at the idea...
another idea that can happen is they can create a DAM and then pump water from it...a DAM is a good example of a man made intervention and a DAM works yet if you look at the mechanics of it, a DAM has to be the most retarded idea for i really don't see how you can STOP A FREAKING river yet pumping water from it is not a bad idea...

and they will have to do this pump water from rivers because at the rate at which the planet is going that is getting warmer and desserts are expanding and places where there was vegetation is getting drier, in the future they will have to eventually do this....
AFRICA YOU NEED TO BE INVESTING IN THIS TECHNOLOGY NOT OTHER PEOPLE...YOU NEED TO BE WORKING ON THIS PROJECT...

The world is going to get drier and deserts will expand all over the world, maybe not now but wait for 500 years or 800 years, they will get drier so no only will they have to use this technology but they will also need to construct man-made rivers in the future from the ocean and create the plant that can subtract salt from water, for rivers are getting drier and smaller every year...So they better start doing the blueprints...

What i realize is that they will have to create a "GLOBAL LOTTERY" a special one that will cost 10 per ticket or who knows what, to recaudar to collect funds for this kinds of projects...Maybe one playing on the internet...

Maybe one playing on the internet...Maybe collect 200 million each year for this kinds of projects or more maybe 400 million a year...maybe taxing it 50% and paying 25 million each month...But hopefully when online gambling is legal...well maybe it wouldn't have to cost 10 dollars per ticket...

Agree with JAP, write the Whitehouse and tell them about your ideas.

In the meanwhile plant trees which shade the earth, cause areas to be cooler so that rain clouds don't evaporate from radiant heating from the earth. Cooling from trees also enables clouds to condense over those areas becoming super saturated so rain can fall.

Many large cities have a "heat island" effect which evaporates falling rain off before it hits the ground. Atlanta is one such city ... many times rain is on the way but evaporates on the way down before it can reach the ground.

lots of people say what about the fish in the rivers? my opinion was why don't we hunt all the sharks from the oceans and this way we will have an over supply of fish in the oceans...Well maybe that idea about the sharks is not a good idea...But what i am saying is that the megatons of waters from the rivers are wasted each year going into the ocean...At least we could use that water...
i also think that salt corrodes iron [the pipes] unless the pipes are made of cement or brick or a special material/metal does salt corrodes titatinium? aluminium? etc? i think it corrodes iron because of the iron particular configurations of electrons and salt particular configuration, unless you can pour a special liquid with the salt water that will neutralize the effects of salt...

Another idea is to bore a tunnel with the TBM TUnnel Boring Machine and bore several tunels to the ocean and let the water pour through them and then we absorb water from them and carry it to a processing plant to take the salt out of it...maybe make a uturn in the tunnel...What i am saying is there are ways...

also, i realize that if we are going to use this cement pipes, it will take a lot of cement, and cement is made of sand, so they will have to find a way to create some kind of cement out of roca pulida [grind rock] or create a lighter rock out of rocks...They will need this for when they have crossed to other planets, and houses will have to be made of a material that is very abundant in the planet, and cars which is an excess will have to be made out of a different material if infact we are going to use iron and construct houses or who knows what, for i wonder which one is more abundand sand or metals...Anyways this made me think how important is a panel called "manhattan project" but for people that want to better the world to think up stuff to better the world, and a International lottery called the "Global Geological Ingeneers Lotto" for projects like this and for this manhattan project of people that want to change the world....it is very important...
Also remember when i was talking about germany using lottery money to construct hospitals and clinic and this way offer health care to everyone in Germany well if Germany did that it will have health care solved and will save money from it, the government can save lots of money from it, money that can go into something else for better its economy...

Also this made me realized that there needs to be investment in chemistry and there needs to be investment into creating cement out of rock or grind rock into small pieces and making it like cement...Anyways what is that that holds a rock together, how does a rock form for when humans cross the stars....And this just made me realized that, "Remember the Global Geological Ingeneers Lotto", well it will have to be huge and taxed 50% tax, also it will have to be huge, it will have to rake so much money to contribute/sponsor to Chemistry, GEological Ingeneer Projects around the world, and making cement out of grind rock and into creating some kind of SOLAR absorber in the moon and in the world that will absorbe the energy from the sun and STORE, a huge challenge of the world and into research to see if we can create something that will compressed and when it compressed it provides resistance and store the energy, kind of un accordion, this stuff this global lottery will have to sponsor....
And it will have been better if 1 or a handful of countries specialized in the latest Chemistry research more so than others and other countries into something else, but it will be better if the entire world spoke 2 or 3 languages no more than 3..
And they still need to make MATHEMATICS easier, way easier because a lot of this geological ingeneers take a lot of mathematics and if they don't comprehend math really good how would we all get by....

This solar absorber, one in the far east and the other one in the western world each one alternating....
and another research will be into sending store solar energy into waves or a laser and then recaptured in another area....this stuff this global lottery will have to sponsor, again this lottery will have to be huge and i am thinking it will have to collect more than 50% something like 65%....And you need to use women as inventors to become with more innovative ideas, like if they can be part of this manhattan project...

Think about it, you can create a global lottery for this, or you can wait 30 or 60 years for when a company to do this...Companies get money but is little by little while a lottery is an "elevator"...It will take a company decades and decades and decades to do this, while a lottery does it in 1 month, while a company has to wait for the next contract to make a lot of money....

and what about the floods, also how much does the red cross rake each year from floods? I think the red cross is a 25 billion dollar industry and who knows it might rake a 5 billion from floods money that could be saved and gone to something more important or with that money they could create a lottery revenue tax 65% or 85% and use the rest for important projects around the world projects like that bridge that will unite Europe to Africa or a BIG DAMN or who knows what....What about Insurance? Insurance for floods got to be like 40 billion dollar industry....All that money could go somewhere else...40 billion that could go into constructing SOLAR PANELS AROUND THE WORLD or solar win turbines, AROUND THE WORLD...And want to know something? the Sahara since is the size of the United States, could be divided in 3, 1 area with solar panels/solar winds, another area with food for the world and the third area with USA military bases or area 51 or whatever...Since there is so much Hotness in the Sahara....What about Russia? there is plenty land there too, just that it is too cold...They will have to work on that too, another challenge that the Manhattan Project will have to work on too...

Also, How much money do countries spend in energy/electricity? So if you use the sun from the deserts and create solar panels it could provide the entire USA or particular country with free electricity, and the money they pay for electricity which is the population of the country x 30 dollars will equal let us put the country of the USA it will be 300 million times 100 dollars [the electricity cost more over there = 30 billion dollar, 30 billion dollars that could go to more important projects....Exactly...And what about the win....The question is can the world be better, yes it can...And with the excess energy from the solar panels they can create a "biosphere" and raise all kinds of foods...

in a way i am glad the USA would be in the Sahara in another way i am glad they are not...Why? Because if the USA is not in the sahara they could do science experiments like cloning away from the prowling/spying eyes of the USA and other stuff they could not do in the USA or maybe France...But in a way i am glad they are in the Sahara because it would mean world peace, from there they can deploy weapons or whatever to other countries if a conflict arises and this will not need for other countries like China and Russia to be that big military wise...But at the same time it will ask that the USA have a large army...And this puts in the perspetive the fact that the USA military wise can't do it alone...Maybe they could join forces with the U.N but i wonder where the UN is located/based....And remember as the population of the world increases so will conflicts....But at the same time that Area should be reserved for when the world is SUPER POPULATED WITH population of 300 billion for we should start irrigating it from now...It leaves us in a predicatment World Peace Vs. Feeding the World Vs. cheap energy even though it will not be free and cheap energy doesn't carry a big weight over the other 2 options...And i have to admit also if the USA is stationed in the Sahara Desert it will be one HUGE ASS BASE the size of several states put together...and you have to take into account that in the future as source of energy plants will be used as fuel so plants will be a major part, competing with regular food...But at the same time you can argue that we have space to spare that we have Russia, lots of land in Russia....
either way you put it you have to recognize that the SAhara and deserts in particular are very important land they are not just wasted land...Also can the USA support a huge base in the SAhara economically wise though you have to admit is a VERY strategic area....And you have to take into account the fact that the USA is supporting/sponsors most of the UN....And you have to take into account that NASA needs to have something like 700 billion dollar budget the most important and SCIENCE TOO...

NASA carries precedence over anything...But you can argue that one aspect of NASA that carries precedence over most things is figuring out ways to terraform a planet...

Something they could do is create a "huge" post and colgar/hang from there the pump and let it dip into the water vertically, but perhaps smaller pumps not a big one like the engine of a comercial plane, then have several of this pumps hanging and them some how mechanically withdraw them when something get stuck, but i was thinking in placing the pumps in a sort of cage that will impede anything from getting suck, but i was thinking in hanging the pump in the river from the tip of the water and then the water gets pump and goes up the tube up then horizontally then vertically and then into a large tank and then from the tank it gets filter or maybe not then it gets suctioned to a plant to be filter for then to go to the dessert...All this suction goes on in a damn or a regular river...If it occurs in a damn there is less likelyness that it will get stuck to something...

i got the idea of the post with the pump hanging into the river from looking at someone trying to measure i think it was the temperature or level of the water in the flood in fargo, USA....

But i am going to add this...If they are going to use the Sahara to plant food or as military base or as solar panels is O.K but if they are not, i don't think you should help those particular Africans, unless they are going to help humanity cross the stars or push this world forward...I don't believe you should help the poor and make him/her rich unless he is going to help this world push forward...I don't believe that's fair...Same thing with the world's poorest nations...YOU EITHER HELP OR YOU DON'T GET FUNDED...AT least try in the masses...We got enough problem for you to add to the problem...And i think you should add not to get an Army but i think i am pushing it...Conflicts cost war and is you are going to be another baggage to this world you may as well stay the way you are...You got bunch of brains and you are waisting it in trying to be gansters, drug lords, soldiers, bussiness man, etc, etc...

You Africa forget that people stool and defecate...The United States is tired militarily, suppose there is a world war 3, will the USA handle it? it doesn't even have money reserves for this type of emergency...The USA don't even plan ahead economically for a World War 3 if in case it was to break out...All it thinks is equipment and more equipment...It doesn't think the economics side of a war...The Irak war taught them a lesson...And if World War 3 was to break out it will be more harsh, smarter, more loss of human life, more savage...But the USA doesn't think that way....
Anyway going back to you Africa they should also require you to speak ENGLISH, if you want your sahara desert cured and Africa cured....Countries lose money, smartness, and unthink off stuff due to many languages....

One thing i was thinking is that the cage that holds the engine could have a second small fan that blows forward soddered in front of the comercial airplane engine pump...thus water will sip in through the fan and it will be absorbed by the engine pump and the stuff that are planning to clog the engine get pumped out...or maybe the forces balance out or there is 20% more water coming in that what goes forward...

Something else that i ask is that you create/build "CRYOGENICS" LABS/HOSPITAL/FUNERAL HOMES for people all around the world...There is only one cryogenics funeral home/cementary and that's in the USA...How sad....And i hope that the money from that "Global Lotto" for projects go also into researching "cryogenics" experiments with animals...And i don't care how many times they fail, if they fail 78 million times, they should continue and never lose hope....
