Should Lotteries Revenue go To Fix Health Care Or Energy or Medicare..

I OWE SOME OF THE ENERGY IDEA TO FOUR4ME...

You see i am glad kids are getting an extra boost in education from the lottery revenue, but i feel, if you was to eliminate the revenue from the lottery, kids will not feel the difference...Kids get revenue from the government that goes into education and is kind of big...However health care is a more big threat...I don't know anything about health care or medicare nor i know how big they are....But what i am saying, don't you think they should let the lottery revenue from all the states go into Health Care or medicare...

Almost every week i hear on CNN the comment about Health Care or Medicare....All the time...You don't hear no comment about education on the news...So if this is so should lottery revenue from all the states go to "health Care or Medicare"....

Maybe it will not work in the USA because of the size of the USA in population...But let's put the example of Germany who has around 82 million people....States in the USA generate 1 billion dollars from revenue from the lottery and they have a population like 4 million....I am saying, a country like Germany with around 85 million people should generate like 10 billion dollars from revenue from the lottery if in fact they tax 50% of every dollar....Ask how much does it cost to construct one Hospital and equip it with equipment...Maybe to construct the hospital will cost you around 25-30 million dollars and to equip it will cost you another 25 million dollars...That's a total of 50 million dollars...10 billion divided by 50 million dollars = 200 HOSPITALS...you hear that 200 Hospital in Germany each DAMN YEAR...in 3 years Germany which is perhaps the size of Texas, will have 600 Hospitals...in 5 years it will have 1,000 Hospitals in 10 years that will be 2,000 hospitals in a region the size of Texas...LOL....In 20 years that will be 4,000 HUGE HOSPITALS in Germany...And because the equipment is bought already and construction is done we only have to charge people for the service of a doctor/nurse WHICH WILL BRING THE PRICE OF HEALTH CARE VERY LOW...

and these are not private hospitals these are hospitals that belong to the government FOR THE PEOPLE...

My question is If we can do that in Germany why can't we do that in the USA and take care of the "Health CAre System" once and for all or of the Medicare....Or whatever care....

And tell me what will happen if kids didn't get lottery revenue for education are they going to die, people die becaus they don't have health care...The problem in the USA is that it COST TOO MUCH THE SALARY OF MANY PROFESSIONS....

And remember Germany will get 10 billion by charging 1 dollar per ticket, what if you was to charge 2 dollars per ticket....LOL...

COMMENT BY PUMPI76:    The USA i think but i am not sure but i think the USA gets 55 billion dollars each year from lottery [i could be wrong i don't know], but if they were to charge 2 dollars per each lottery ticket game, that number will go up from 55 billion to 110 billion dollars each YEAR..Money that could go to fixing "Health Care" or "Medicare"in the USA.....

The usa fed's have just increased the tax on cigarettes.... by as much a 80 cents in some states
 Charging more for lottery tickets would only create problems for the payout structure. Nobody is going to want to pay an additional dollar to play pick 3 or 4 games or any other games unless they increase the payout to match the expense of playing.

charging 2 dollars per each lottery ticket will be easier because the lottery/house as usual gets its 50% tax....Remember that you should get paid 1,000 for a straight option on Pick3 but because the government taxes you 50% you only get 500.....So increasing an extra dollar means that you should get 2,000 dollars for a Pick3 straight option but because the government is going to tax you 50% you are only going to get paid 1,000 dollars...But i honestly don't think they should pay 1,000 but 800 dollars for 2 dollars option on the ticket....

And what about energy? If they were to charge 2 dollars The USA will be making 110 BILLION DOLLARS each year, money that could go to Energy...For instance, they could build in the desert or in an Entire state like Montana, they could populate it with solar panels or windmills that store energy and then send that energy to your home, making you pay almost nothing for electricity...And now that they are talking about making electric cars that you can plug in your house and charge them to reduce global polution gases....

If ALL the cars in the USA were electric wouldn't that totally eliminate polution, wouldn't that make the USA the most green country in the world...

And this is only 1 year, i think that making 110 billion dollars each year in 5 year they will complete the state or desert with windmills or solar panels....So what's with the rest of the years after the 5 years....They can make start going after the houses and remodel houses and make them with solar panels thus making houses green...

All this by just playing the lottery 2 dollars per ticket, and know that not even 40% of the USA population play lottery on a consistent basis...What you think will happen if they know that if they play lottery they will contribute to eliminate pollution from the USA and pay nothing for electricity....You play the lottery, you are getting paid and at the same time you are eliminating pollution from your country.... 

Again these are topics that are way more important than education...What's Health Care, Medicare & Energy are more important than education...But no offense to the USA but you know why the USA is suffering energy wise? Because the USA is always fascinated with young kids...This money could surely go to that, but why it doesn't go? Notice that when they kill a little white kids it stays on the news for a whole year...This doesn't happen in other countries...

And ask yourself which one will you rather? Energy free or having to pay no money for electricity, that your country is listed as the greenest country in the world, and that you don't have to use gasoline anymore because your country uses electric cars or that you have a high standard of education...Exactly...

remember gas is 60 dollars a barrel right now, but it will rise later in the future to 200 dollars or 250 dollars a barrel...Are you bracing yourself for that...are you bracing yourself for when your smack the breaks and hit a wall or post...

Lottery revenues should remain exactly as they were designed to fund, and as the taxpayers of individual states voted them to cover.

US lotteries are a state's issue covered by each state's respective laws in compliance with applicable federal laws. State lotteries are neither federal and not international ... nor should they be.

What needs to be done is create another set of games perhaps mind games that will work like the lottery but where the lottery will be a set of games apart...Something like gamesville perhaps online but where online lottery is outlawed so that it will cator to a different kind of people and this way raise money too...But you must outlaw, make it illegal to create online lottery so that it will not compete with the state....Create this games tax it 50% and use the revenue for Health Care...I think that if you create Online Games and charge 2 dollars per ticket, it will raise also 110 BILLION DOLLARS EVERY YEAR...Money that can go to fixing health care....

you don't have to charge 2 dollars per game, just tax it 50%, for it alone will generate lots of money...But you must make that the money a person can make is not too much like 10,000 or 20,000 dollars so that it will not compete with the state lottery...

That and create a beer brand or clothes brand by the government, but i was thinking more of the beer and let the revenue go to pay medicare...The beer will not make a lot of money in the begining, but when people start finding out that it is to pay health care or medicare or to go green, you will see that beer/wine skyrocket...Better than taxing cigarettes, though i am in favor of taxing the hell of of cigarettes so people wouldn't smoke...
And if you create like an International Lotto Stock Market/Exchange or some kind of Exchange where common people or aristocratic people can play but win in steps like in the forex and use that money to pay for something else, like Education or something else...You will be in good shape....It doesn't have to be something like the forex, it could be a Volunteering Stock Exchange which you USA need, or a House Stock Exchange which you USA need and let it each of those exchanges pay for different things...Sincerely, you USA don't need the Forex, you need something else, the world needs the Twin Forex Exchange....

Or it doesn't have to be like that, i think that online gaming is going to be pretty huge, more than the lottery, i am thinking is going to generate like 200 billion dollars in revenue each year, well you take half 100 billion for one thing and another half another 100 billion for something else...

But if there is one thing i ask is that they construct as many Telescopes Observatory all around the world, in as many countries as they can....With people to look at them...That's what they must do first, and then go for the construction of hospitals & Green Wind Turbines....
How much does a Telescope Observatory cost? 20 million i don't know...Well with 110 billion for 2 years which will not kill anyone can go to building observatories all around the world...And smaller midsize telescope observatories [kind of like a semi-supercomputer instead of a supercomputer] all around the world connected to computers...And 2 years from Online Gaming in the USA alone which will bring also 110 billion of dollars each year, take 2 years from it and use the 220 billion dollars to construct even more BIG TELESCOPE OBSERVATORIES AND MIDSIZE TELESCOPE OBSERVATORIES.....We face many dangers from above, dangers that can wipe out 99.9% of the world's population...Maybe 100% of the world's population....That and crew to spot asteroids.....

if you read this blog it may look like Mission Accomplish but it is not, not to me....Mission accomplish is when we can get the whole world mixed and when there is GLOBAL PEACE...Just because the USA is doing good doesn't necessarily means global piece...Right now to me the Forex Stock Exchange, looks like a messenger of Global peace than what the USA is...

also it is not mission accomplished because, the fountain of youth have not been found, NASA does not have its 5 trillion dollars a year budget, the world it not cluttered with telescopes observatories and the worm hole that will transport us to a different aread of the galaxy or universe has not been found...
This also proves that each country situation is unique/different and requires a unique approach....

What you could do is get the 110 billion dollars from the lottery and use it for energy populate the dessert with energy turbines and solar panels and the ocean, then give free electricity to everyone then charge everyone a fee, of who knows what 30 dollars a month, which 30 dollars x 300 million people, which should equal roughly to 90 billion dollars each year can go into fixing health care, or medicare or who knows what [and remember the 30 dollars x month includes free gas, even though i think it should be 45 dollars a month]....And then the money that goes into health care or medicare can go into education or it simply can go into other important stuff the U.S needs....And this is not taking into account a Volunteering Stock Exchange or a House Stock Exchange or Online Gaming money that can go into other things.....

you know i was looking at some internet games like the website: gametap and gameville, and i know, i know that online gaming gambling is going to be bigger than the USA lottery, is going to draw a bigger crowd, specially if you can get people to be able to play for money from their TV's and exchange money from their TV's....But if i was you, i start giving TV's from now or video games from now...The picture that i got is people playing their video games from home and rewiring the money all through the TV through a secured connection...
i don't know why they call it: online gaming, it should be called: "online gaming gambling".....If i was you i'll start working on that technology...And whenever you plan to start, start with 1 game then slowly beging to incorporate all the games...Online gaming gambling or Online Gaming Betting is going to be bigger than the stock market [i am talking in the USA]....The USA stock market draws, 100 billion dollars, while onling gaming betting is going to be triple that....The key is the "price of each ticket" in this case it will not be ticket, but still the key is in the right "price of each ticket"....But one thing you got to do also is give the population jobs, the more jobs you give them the better....

But you must let people not play against the house or the computer, you must let people play in groups, people play against other people...Because if you let people play against the computer YOU ARE TOTALLY GOING TO RUIN IT...This is another key....

But however, onling gaming is not in its full potential and the reason is because developers have not found a way to let let's say 200 people play against each other together....That's one challenge...Look remember the game "Mario Kart" and how you can play 7 people? [i think is 7 people i am not sure], well you need to create games like that but where 200 people can all race and play each other....For this i think you will have to make TV's or something similar to a TV cheaper, the cheapest ever...But i was thinking something like a flat computer screen that is very lightweight where people can play, that way you can have lots of people playing it and at the same time this Flat computer screen-tv allow you to connect through the phone lines and allows you to draw money from the bank and place bets...Or maybe this connection or website have accounts where people place money from their bank accounts into this website and bet...But also games that allow 200 people to play at the same time against each other and bet at the same time is what you need....Right now online games are in their infancy because they only allow 2 or maximum of 7 players, but you need to create something where 200 people can play on the same game against each other and thus bet....I don't know if more computer chip power is needed for that....But that's what is needed for online gaming gambling....You also need to create games that let let's say 50 or 200 people play against each other games on mind games like chess or checkers not 1 against 1 but 20 against 20 on the same game...Such games have not been invented yet...And there needs to be a new direction of games developers from creating 1 player game to creating hundreds of players games both mind games, internet games, multiplayer games, etc, and stop creating 1 game...Can you imagine if you could play a monopoly where 100 players could play at the same time instead of 8 players....That will make the games insteresting...And you need to expand the interenet, maybe use the most powerful supercomputer for the internet because video games and games takes a lot of space and i heard that the internet is running out of space...Could you imagine if 40 people could play perchis at the same time on the same game? wouldn't that be wonderful...Well that's what is needed...So what you need to do is start hiring game developers that can develop or invent games that will seat 200 people at the same times and let the play against each other on the same game....

on the online gaming gambling, this supercomputer will have to be part of the internet like a section of the internet...But i was thinking more of a website...Websites started by the government...And remember there are 5 types of Online Gambling: Onling gaming gambling and Online Lotteries and Online sports betting, Stock Markets & if ever decide to create the Online Lotto Stock Exchange...The online Lotto Stock Exchange is an exchange but where numbers are used....
You perhaps are a little skeptical of the Online Gaming Gambling, but remember lotteries tailor more to older people while online gaming tailors/cators more towards younger people...People who are 20 don't play lotteries...So you as the government either tax it or control/manage it the way you manage the lottery....

But this is another key, I think that for it to work, for online gaming gambling for it to work, you will have to charge really cheap, cheap to play, you see see how Megamillions would be played in all the states and it will increase to higher amounts, same thing with onling gaming gambling, you will play with people around the USA increasing the payout quicker...You see in the lottery the majority of people pay 1 or 2 dollars for a chance at a big dream, in the onling gaming gambling you are charging like 25 cents per 30 minutes of playing that way it will bring people to play more...That way most people will spend like 2 dollars in 1 day and they will want to come back the following day...And they are not going to win big prizes like 1 million dollars but instead several small prizes like 10,000 dollars at the most 25,000 dollars...When you give lots of people 25,000 they will want to come back, as oppose to 30,000 people each competing to win 1 million dollars....Remember is a younger crowd...The key is the most winners you make...With 25 cents you got the chance to win 10,000 or 20,000 dollars, the most should be like 50,000 dollars....Because i tell you, if you start making people play for 10 million dollars you are going to lose people from the lottery and soon onling gaming is going to win out all the lottery players...
What you can do is you can let people play and whoever wins the most races in 1 week wins 20,000 dollars or 50,000 dollars....And you also have to find a way to make women be more players and target women for very few women like to play video games....you know how much fun i had with Mario Kart? i'll bet on the game and play it everyday...and you must keep it cheap, cheap the price to play....And you are probably laughing, but video games can ge more addictive than lottery, they can be more addictive THAN CIGARETTES....LEARN THAT MORE ADDICTIVE THAN DAMN CIGARETTES....Video games, and mind games and challenge games will OVERPASS sport betting...Yes it will....WHY? BECAUSE THERE IS MORE CHOICES...Again there is different crowds, each one has its crowd...Just like the lottery has its crowd, and guess what the lottery has its crowd and it generates or should i say will generate 110 BILLION DOLLARS EACH YEAR, EACH YEAR...But you must not make none of this compete with the State lottery as money prize given other wise they will draw all the lottery crowd to them...

Just trying to give you a sample of how big onling gaming with video games, and archade games, and card games and mind games, etc how big it is...You know myspace.com right? Well they got 90 million members worldwide and they are not even a game, just a place where you put your pictures...Now imagine if you was to charge each myspace member 60 dollars per month or 2 dollars a day...60 x 90 million people = 5 billion 400 million x 12 months = 64,800 billion dollars EACH YEAR and if it was a game it will not include the jackpot tax, for remember all the money went into the jackpot which should be the other half so it will be 64 BILLION X 2 = 128 BILLION DOLLARS EACH YEAR...LOL...And that's just myspace...
or something else they could do is they could charge all the users 60 dollars a month, and let them play for money...NOW HOW IS THAT....The government charges you 60 dollars per month to bet on any game you like, how if they were to charge 30 dollars a month, 1 dollar a day, or what if they charge 15 dollars a month to anyone who wants to join in they get a crowd of 90 million members plus they tax the jackpot...You could play soccer for money, anything you like...LOL...Remember every game has its crowd, and remember it is more addictive than cigarettes....The only problem is the companies magazines that sell the codes to the games, for you don't want to make the game too easy...

and a lot of people may frown at the idea and say that that's kids game, but when they realize that the money [64 billion + or whatever amount of billions], is going into medicare you will see....Remember when everybody can roam the streets free of gas and have free electricity and free heating and they charge those 30 dollars or 45 dollar or 100 dollars a month into health care, medicare is going to be left alone, and that's where onling gambling and onling gambling can go to...
100 dollars a month to the entire population for free heating, free gasoline and free electricity x 300 million people in the USA = 30 billion dollars EVERY DAMN MONTH x 12 MONTHS = 360 BILLION DOLLARS and they take 100 billion dollars for health care, 64 billion dollars for medicare from online gaming gambling alone, leaves them with 260 billion dollars that can go to something else....AGAIN EACH DAMN YEAR...you may say free heating? Well when they make most houses green they will get electricity to heat up their homes...Unless they can invent some kind of heating system that uses electricity and does not use gas....

plus the HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLARS that people themselves in every state is going to spend to turn their household to green/solar can go into something else...another 100 billion dollars that could go into something else...or you can let the ozone layer melt and influence the wheather and see how the calamity unfolds in the planet...

I POSTED THIS ON LOTTERYPOST ABOUT ONLINE GAMBLING:

Well i don't know much about online gambling but i think there are 3 kinds of online gambling and they are: Online Lottery Gambling, Online Games gambling such as gametap, and gamesville and then there is the Sport Gambling....But again i think i am not sure for i don't know almost anything about online gambling...

And my question is, don't you think that sport gambling, is going to clash with Online Games gambling....I know every category has its crowd....but i am just curious....

and i meant to ask you, which one do you think is going to be bigger: Sport Gambling or Online Games Gambling...I think is sport gambling, because the crowd of sport gambling is 26 years and older, while Online Games Gambling is younger than 26....However you have to admitt that Online games gambling has way too many games...But this is a fussy prediction if right now they were to start Sport gambling will win even worldwide and they lottery will lose, maybe online lottery will lose also, but there is a 50% chance that online gaming gambling will surpasse all of them in the distant future...The problem is that online gaming gambling is not in its PRIME yet, SPECIFICALLY the area of video games but the other games that are not video games could start, despite also that that area is no 70% in its prime also, specially when you know that more games need to be invented in both areas of "Online Gaming Gambling"....

i ask this because for instance i know that if online poker was legal and online poker can be categorize as "online games gambling" and is kind of fussy because i don't know if poker is considered a sport and if online poker was legal it will surpass the lottery...Just poker alone...

i think they have to pay attention to the payouts because if they offer the same thing as the lottery, sport gambling will surpass the lottery and take all of the lottery crowd....

so they have to be really careful how they set it up...

one area of Sport gambling that occurs nowadays that many people don't consider it that way but it could be classified as sport gambling is the horse racing industry..People bet on horses yet horse racing is a sport...

Right now i think there is a mixture of lottery and sport gambling that is done in Europe...

also i heard that facebook has 200 million people worldwide, don't know if is true because last time i heard facebook had less members than myspace but if is true, is just to prove you a point...All these are not even gambling related...

And since Health Care is going to be free we don't give it to them free, what we do is we charge them 25 dollars a month, which fair for Americans instead of having to pay 60 or 70 dollars a month for health insurance....So 25 dollars x 300 million americans = 7 billion 500 million x 12 months = 90 billion dollars a year, each damn year, 90 billion dollars that can go into something else....

Another research experiment where i'll like effort and money go to it is the following:
A HUGE, VAST IMPORTANT DISCOVERY, MORE IMPORTANT THAN MAKING ALL CARS RUN ON WATER:
SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT THAT NEEDS TO BE DISCOVERED: I CALL IT THE MECANICAL PLANT...HOW GREAT WILL THIS WORLD BE IF YOU CAN INVENT A MECHANICAL DEVICE THAT CONVERTS CO2 INTO OXYGEN OR INTO WATER AND THEN THERE IS ANOTHER MECHANICAL DEVICE THAT SEPARATE THE WATER INTO OXYGEN...THAT WILL BE A GREAT ADVANCEDMENT IN SCIENCE, ONE OF THE GREATEST ADVANCEMENT IN SCIENCE SINCE RELATIVITY...SO THAT'S WHAT WE NEED...i saw one time they invented this machine that could take in CO2 and convert it into Oxygen, they were showing it in the discovery channel...That they were going to put it with balloons and let it hover in the atmosphere but the problem with that machine was that it did it in small amounts...Well if you can create/build one that can do it in big amounts it will be a major step forward for humanity...and if you can take this machine and let it convert whatever gas into oxygen it will be ANOTHER MILESTONE by humanity....Those 2 machines are the key...Those 2 machines are more important and have greater importance than making automobiles run on water....And you heard me right....Remember they are 2 machines, one that can convert CO2 or whatever we breathe out, into OXYGEN and another machine that can take in Whatever gas and convert it into OXYGEN....Both machines in a large scale [like a factory]...But if is in a small scale is fine for is a step forward......The conversion doesn't have to be direct, it can be indirect, multiple times indirect and the last step been oxygen....And want to know something? No present research has gone into them....Because this way you will be able to put this machine on spaceships and let humans been able to breath from them without dying....And i think this research is bigger and more important than Cold Fusion if you could make cold fusion to work this research/experiments/mechanical plant will still be bigger than it...
