Le'me understand. . .the planes buzz lower Manhatten for 30 minutes sending people fleeing into the streets. They are apologizing that it was just a photo op. Have they not heard of PhotoShop?

What I don't understand is why the government specifically requested that the "photo session" not be made known to the public. Why not? What's the big deal?
