How coincidental,  Specter changes parties,  and now this.   Do ya think something is rotten in DC?  I do.   The Republicans better do their job on the next Supreme Ct. nomination.  2010 2010 2010 2010 2010 2010 before it's too late, balance is going by the wayside.  Everybody I mean everybody,  will be grabbing the ankles and wondering what happened.........................................

They WILL turn this into Venezuela.

Thats what I thought. And we have others up there in age on the bench.
Nominate people that follows his agenda.
Can anyone say repeal term limits.

It seems that by Specter going to the Demos, his position on the judicial commitee is no longer his, and the Repubics can block nominees, if they have the will..................Blessing in disguise? Maybe.

Depends on how many are intact as to what action they take. Have my doubts, seen too many RINOS in action the past few years.
