This is for those who rely on hunches, intuition and psychic energy to pick their lottery numbers.

A study has shown that anomalous cognition (ESP, etc.) is seemingly affected by geomagnetic fields.  When the field is at its weakest our powers of ESP are at their strongest.  The magnetic field is at its weakest in your location when the sun is directly overhead.  The window of better-than-average ESP coincides with the weaker magnetic field and was strongest between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM, peaking at about 1:00 P.M. local standard time.

The study is a small sample but includes numerous unrelated tests.  It concludes that it may not be the magnetic field itself because it is in a constant state of flux and wouldn't account for the distinct patterns observed.  Rather it may be an effect of a generally weaker magnetic field which allows more solar energy (particles) to reach us and interact with our energy force.  

OK, so your "gut feeling" says 8-1-0 will come in the next draw.  Your built-in receiver gave you the number.  When the drawing comes about you will want to watch it if possible.  Now you will become a transmitter.  You will need a structural connection from your mind to the machines holding the balls.  Here is a way to do it.  Envision in your mind the three lottery balls containing your numbers.  Around each of these balls you must install a shield that will allow it to escape the confines of your mind and travel straight through the plastic wall of the ball machine.  In order to get the numbered ball to travel from your mind and into the machine you will have to "throw" the number at its target.  With your mind focused forward into your brain's frontal lobes, mentally throw the ball from your mind and into the machine.  Use only enough force to get the ball into the machine.  Only throw the ball ONCE into each machine.  When the ball gets into the machine your mind will subtly register it and you'll move on to the next ball and machine.  Forcing the ball into the machine or throwing it repeatedly at the machine will not work.  After successful transmission, LET IT GO COMPLETELY.  Screaming your numbers at the TV will undo your "ball planting".  The "throwing" part is actually very easy.  You will notice as you throw that your head moves slightly forward as the ball leaves your mind (similar to an athlete's follow-through).  If your head is violently jerking forward you are throwing too hard.  You will also notice a straight thin cord of energy connecting your mind to the ball as it travels in a straight line into the machine.  Once inside the machine, the energy cord disappears.  The key is to just let it happen and not force it.

This seems to work best in the midday draw, probably due to the anomalous cognition enhancement during that time window as the study suggests.  Try it.  After you've had a few successes (your exact number from the exact machine) you will be pleasantly surprised and it will increase your confidence in developing the technique.  By the same token, if you don't believe it will work for you don't waste your time trying.  The mind cannot do something unless it first believes it can be done.
