JOINT RESOLUTION

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:

I can't imagine that would pass in the states.

I smelled that one coming with this current president in office.
I knew it.
Acorn will push for its passage in the states. It will be said that it must be acted on quickly just like all the other agenda items of his.
You can lok for this guy to be around a long time.
An elected dictator brought about by acorn.

Thanks JAP!! Both of us been smelling the same dead rat. Knew it would come up sooner or later, now we know where to observe what's taking place with it.

I think they should make a new term limit. 100 days. If the elected didn't live up to his campaign promises then he's out!!!

But seriously, dead rats aside. He will not get a second term, he is so divisive the sleeping voters will wake up and make a huge difference.
