it takes 30 years of going to work everyday to amass 1 or 2 million dollars....GET THAT IN YOUR HEAD...

REMEMBER you are one of the motors that goes to countries and invest there and create jobs....JUST REMEMBER THAT....

and you need to talk to Europeans and explain in an Ad why they must play the lottery....But you need to slower/lower the "Range" because you act like someone is going to go and crack it....When the range is lower people play more...Something i bet you didn't know...

Also you need to work on Chemists....Some kind of system that will create many and many chemists...as many as possible the more the better...When humans cross the stars they are going to need hell of a chemists and chemistry knowledge...And you need to create the Work out/Exercise Religion....Europe please listen to me...

I am happy if they ever create such 2nd & 3rd lotteries in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Latin American & Caribbean...Because then they are going to make movies about it, and people going to talk about they are lottery hackers/crackers...LOL...What a wonderful thing....

but you need to let there be a section that serves tickets delivery for people that can't buy lottery tickets [special needs people], or people that live to far or may not have a car to go and purchase a lottery ticket, elderly people, etc...So that the people come to you you call them and perhaps people pay 75 cents to 1 dollar extra for a lottery ticket....

Which gave me an idea, something i think i said on LP couple of years ago...Since the community of Wealthy Individuals around the world "MIGHT" be growing, there needs to be a Powerball/Euromillions just tailor for them....Where the cost of each tickets might be who knows 10 dollars per ticket, 20 dollars each ticket or more and whose jackpot is way more than Powerball, something like once every week or every 10 days i don't know...Everyone can play it but its bases will be wealthy people....I say this because you are not necesarily on the same balance with someone who is wealthy you are not competing the same...Or a system that will keep wealthy people growing, and not dwindling....

Can you imagine if you are competing against a billionaire for Powerball...LOL...Anyways you look at it you come out losing...Anyways you look at it: women, house, fight, watch [lol], Powerball, stock market, school, even your wife you come out losing....Anyway you look at it you come out losing so i think wealthy people should compete among themselves...At least a special Powerball for them...

Can you imagine someone who has special needs competing against someone who has a networth of 400 million dollars FOR POWERBALL...Just the interest on 400 million is like 25 million EVERY DAM YEAR...LOL....I said this years ago but no one paid any attention...

so if i take 300,000 out of those 25 million each year, just 300,000 dollars on strategically tickets AND LAND IT on Powerball strategically, tell me what will happen...or 600,000 tickets what will happened? Does that special needs person has a chance? and remember those 25 million are just to waste...

You know i noticed that wealthy people in Hollywood don't know if in the USA but i think so, but wealthy people got their own "PERSONALS WEBSITES" YET, there is no "Wealthy's's LOTTO".....No where to be found...Now this is why i like Euromillions a lot because they don't take taxes away from you...So let's calculate...A global Wealthy's Powerball/Euromillions with the exception of the USA [only because of their taxes] will raise like between 400 million to 900 million dollars every week or 10days TAX FREE...Each Ticket cost between 10dollars to 15 dollars....And you ask each winner to take 10 - 20 million and give it to charity instead of tax...10 million x 48 weeks= 480 million dollars to charity....20 million dollars x 48 weeks = 960 million dollars to charity....And if is 900 millions dollars every week, you split it in 2, each winner gets 450 million dollars...At the end of the year there is 96 winners each winning 450 or 430 million dollars and the good things is that those winners WERE wealthy individuals ALREADY...Everyone wins....And the number of super wealthy individuals increases from night to day....
