Lizards, lotteries and life
Published:

It's happened to most of us, one time or another. Losing our head over a little piece of tail.

Or just discovering we've lost our tail and it's a long way to the EXIT sign.
Uncertain, here, which feline pulled this off.

These bring in a lot of lizards, but they're usually of the common, humdrum variety.
This one was to attractive to the eye and unusual I wanted to record it for posterity, for Hydrox' grandkids, if he hadn't been neutered as a youngster, assuming it was his kill. I'm thinking it was him because he's been doing some early morning demonstrations that he's alive by getting up and wandering around while it's cool. This summer's trying to make an old cat out of him.
He just caught and devoured a hummingbird a few minutes ago.
