To Minorities in general...Let me start with black people...

Black People please listen to me...You need to talk to Congress or the Senate into creating a "Black Lotto" a little private, played by black people, won by black people...You need to create one...Not just in the USA but around the world....I was thinking like 10 million dollars every week....And you need to create one for mix people also...

Same things goes for you Native Indians from the Americas, you need to create a lotto paying millions that selects 1 winner every week, i was thinking like 10 millions every week...You need to do this...Specially you in the USA you need to create this also...You need to talk to Congress & the Senate into creating this....

Latinos & Asians you need to create the same thing also...In the USA and around the world...wherever minorities are....You need to create this..

Also you need to combine and create a minority lottos...Again you need to create this...

Latins people talks so much crap that they got la La raza my answer to that is: "creyente en hombre" why don't you tell tu hombre que crees tanto en, why don't you tell them to create this...Exactly....

Listen minorities, MONEY IS SCARSE....MONEY IS SCARSE...WE LIVE IN THE MOVIE RED PLANET & LOST IN SPACE...GET THAT IN YOUR HEAD....

The best each group can do is sell a sweater particular to each group around the world, and once you have reached: 4 billion you place it in the bank at 8% each billion, should be 320 million each year divided by 48 weeks, you have 6 million given every week...or you can take those 320 million and spend it in important stuff for each particular minority in each country....

you don't have to achieve 4 billion you could achieve more if you like...is up to you...

you are probably saying that if minorities don't have 1 or 2 dollars in their pockets how are they going to play the lotto...What you can do with the 320 million each year is go to create a global company that produces a food that is cheaper, this company doesn't uses the revenue, so the food can be cheaper so if the food is cheaper for minorities they can take the 1 or 2 or 3 dollars extra and play the lotto...You know like plenty of rice with chicken so that minorities eat of them and use the left over money to play the lotto....Same thing with clothes....

Listen i am not a bussiness expert maybe you have a better idea, then i'll like for you to lay it down on the table...
