I felt this way for a very good while now...Why don't they offer a: $500,000 dollar reward per school to whoever is the number 1 honor student of that school, and 200,000 for the second prize and 100,000 for the third prize...

And in high school you offer 1 million dollars reward for the number 1 honor student of the entire school..

This is where free lotto money's could go...Again you don't want to believe me that there is not enough free lottos out there...

that's be 20 million per school...20 million placed in the bank at 5% is 1 million dollars that can go as a free competition every year in school there you give 400,000 to the number 1 honor student, then 300,000 to the number 2 honor student and 100,000 to the number 3 honor student...Then with the $200,000 left back you give it away per grade, like the number 1 honor student in 7th grade or 8th grade or 9th grade...But that's Middle school...

For high school you give 1 million dollars for the first prize, then 300,000 dollars for the 2nd prize and 200,000 for the 3rd prize so it will be 30 million per high school...

Again those people that are too rich and want to dump money or super rich corporations handling billions and want to take some for public service, well here is a chance...All those places where money is wasted, well here is a chance...

And if you wanted we could create a free West Virginia Cash 25 competition in schools paying $25,000 to the respective rankings both in all the entire school and by grades....And this is good but i am starting to realize something...This is good and everything, and is what we all strive for but the truth is that there are more imminent dangers ahead to teens, like weight...And you see this could be achievable...Not in the USA but for example in a country like Turkey with 75 million people...How many schools does Turkey got? 2,000 perhaps....Well if you get 8 million people all to pledge to chip in 20 dollars a month forever, it will be 160 million every month, divided by 20 million equals 8 which will be 8 schools in 1 month x 12 months = 96 x 10 years = 960 almost 1,000 which is half of the 2,000 schools...Again it can be done...But again there are more imminent dangers ahead like weight/fitness...Again is better to save one person and make that person be skinny than to give a teenager $400,000 dollars...Once we tackled the weight/fitness problem then as a luxury we can make teenagers get pay so high amount...Lots of people say; Oh teenagers dont have a salary and i know but most teenagers are skinny...And remember what i said about been trully successful in America: it takes 4 steps: You have a high paying job or have millions + you have a beautiful wife + you are very skinny and fit + you have your housed paid....Now i am not saying it can't be done if you want to promote competitions in schools for teenagers you can do it in a handful of schools across a country, like if you was filthy rich and you didn't know what to do with money then yes you could try a school....But again what i am saying is more imminent is the danger of overweight/fitness....I bet more people die of weight problems and its ramification every year than in world war 2 or comflicts...If we can create a lottery or competition that promotes fitness and running then we will be tackling the problem...

Also i don't know the exact number but i hear some rummors that health care draws 3 trillion dollars every year in the USA...3 DAM TRILLION DOLLAR...You know what is 3 trillion dollars? If we could tackle the fitness/overweight problem we could prevent diseases....This is what i am saying...If for 1 year alone just 1 year alone we could drop significantly health care we could sort of steal/take away those 3 trillion dollars, just for 1 year, the rest of the year they can continue, but with 3 trillion dollars do you know what we could do? You know how much is 3 trillion in the bank? that's 270 billion dollars every single year, money that can go to who knows what...For instance those 270 billion can be been stacking up, been save just if in case there is a real world war 3, because again we forget that war cost money....With 270 billion each year we can buy out drug lords or we can save it for when we need it....For example with 270 billion dollars every year we could give enough college scholarships and grants...270 billion each year is MORE THAN WHAT THE OIL CARTEL MAKES IN AN ENTIRE YEAR IN THE USA...More than what the LOTTERY CARTEL MAKES IN AN ENTIRE YEAR IN THE USA...Again what can we do with 270 billion dollars every year....With 270 billion each year we can create another STOCK EXCHANGE....See what i am saying...

Now let's give this a spin...Suppose it was 2 years that you took away from health care and the 100 or 200 plus years health care will continue to rake in 2 trillion dollars...Let's assume...3 trillion for 2 years = 6 trillion....6 trillion in the bank earning interest = 540 billion dollars every single year....Every single year...Do you know HOW MANY COMPANIES/BUSSINESS YOU CAN CREATE WITH 540 BILLION EACH YEAR...Companies that can work there in the USA or go abroad giving the USA a good image and really helping for when the next wave of American grow meaning the population grows you can house them...you take 450 billion and create companies each year, and 90 billion towards saving for for if world war 3 breaks lose....EVERY SINGLE YEAR....And this way the USA has companies providing jobs abroad as well as at home....Again, every single year...

All because you prevented people from getting sick for 2 years which translate that you prevented health care from raking for 2 years...the rest of hundred of years that health care is going to continue raking it can do so...
