Listen Latin America I got this idea from a Senator talking in Fox news...This is what you should do...Latin America you owe this to yourself to do this because your population will only continue to grow...

This plan will take 20 years...

What's the population of Latin America? i will say: 600 million...

Now if those 600 million was to each volunteerily pledge 25 dollars a month for 20 years, how much will that be? It will be almost 4 trillion dollars...I will say the interest on 1 trillion dollars is: 90 billion dollars each year: so 4 trillions it will be: 360 billion dollars each year...After those 20 years they don't have to pay any more...

That means that you will have 360 billion dollars each year....Money that can go into company/bussiness creation every single year...Every single year there is 360 billion dollars that go into company/bussiness creation In Latin America....And since companies in Latin America due to the currency cost less than in the USA or England you will be able to buy more companies...

Is just for 20 years, after those 20 years they will not need to pay 25 dollars anymore...And companies creation is jobs...You should do this because your population will only continue to grow and you will continue to get poorer that's why you should do this...And this way you can work on any country wherever you have your weakest point...

You could even take 1 year of those 360 billion dollars Place it in the bank: and the interest at 6% should be: 21 billion dollars every year divided by 12 month: 1.2 billion per month which can go into a lottery....LOL....A billion dollar lotto that pays 1 billion dollars every month...And this way create billionaires every month from different countries in Latin America...FOREVER...Just because you took 360 billion from 1 year, the rest of the years forever you will continue to get your 360 billion dollars and each month forever you will get your billionaires...

The companies can be awarded as a lottery or whatever...

all you got to do is check that the price of stuff doesn't go up....And is better to do it now because for what it looks the price of stuff will continue to go up and people will have less money to chip in the 25 dollars..While if you take care of it the first 20 years you will never have to worry about it again..

Not only that but if there is more companies been created that means that the price of stuff will get cheaper, more competition, cheaper the products/output....

Listen in Latin America, all they care about is having babies they don't worry about the consequences of bringing 1 baby to the world causes, that 1 baby when he grows up must have a job...

And since the 1 billion dollar lotto has been paid for the money that each country collect that people play for the 1 billion dollar lotto can go to charitable foundations or other important stuff, like each country's theleton...

REMEMBER EVERY SINGLE YEAR YOU ARE GOING TO RECEIVE 360 BILLION DOLLARS FOREVER...So you can take the 1st year for the billion dollar lottery...The second year you take 360 billion dollars placed it in the bank and is 21 billion dollars every year that can go into YOUR OWN NASA/SPACE PROGRAM [Remember the REAL NASA budget is 17 billion so you will be better funded than they are or you can take 17 billion create your own NASA/SpaceProgram and the 4 billion left back can go for important stuff...And the rest of the years, the rest of the years you take the 360 billion dollars for company creation...

Listen Latin America there is something i am going to tell you to teach you...Believing in your own race/features is not the right thing to do...Believing in Mixture is the right thing to do...You don't live alone in this planet you live with people....Also believing in your own gender is not the right thing to do...Believing in a mixture of equal gender is the right thing to do...Also believing in your own body weight is not the right thing to do either...Believing in a mixture of fat & skinny is the right thing to do...

But listen Latin America, you must create a "Gigantic Latin American Continental Lotto Stock Exchange"....

This can be applied to Africa also...If you African decide to create this you must also create a "Gigantic Continental African Lotto Stock Exchange" or some kind of "Gigantic African Continental Stock Exchange"....

And with the 4 billion dollars or should i say 3 billion 700 million that you are going to receive each year you can create a Volunteer work out/exercise Army...Where people work out and exercise....Just like the USA Army but people primary job is to work out and volunteer time...This is what you could do with the poor people of  your continent or whoever wants to do it....But the work out/exercise army not just works out everyday, they construct buildings to house the the work out army, the construct the fort/bases/complex [like gym building complexes where tall buildings each floor is a gym] and they volunteer their time in disasters....Each of the work out army recruits get's paid $500 a month [the salary of an average person] and they go and talk to people about fitness and help people work out more and eat right....And just like in the USA army you got 5 year contract, 10 year contract, the work out army has it and they teach you discipline just like in the USA army...With 4 billion every year you will have 66,666 members in this work out army with bases all over Latin America....But you don't have to rush the first year you take the 4 billion or should i say 3 billion 700 million and construct bases/fort/complexes all over latin America where the work out army is going to stay...Listen the USA army has 150,000 troops/members, yet you have 44% of their entire troops with only 4 billion dollars almost half of their troops in combat...And just like in the movie Full Metal Jacket your instructor teaches you that you are at war with food and that more people die each year due to food overeating than in conflicts...Listen i heard rumors that the USA, health care draws 3 trillion every year...For you Latin America i think combined is like 1 trillion every year...If you Latin America if you can use this Work Out Army to prevent people from going to the hospitals and stay fit you can save just 3 years, just 3 years you can save 3 trillion dollars...3 trillion which at earned interest will be 270 billion dollars at which you can take just 1 or 2 year of it of it placed it in the bank at 6% will give you 16 billion dollars every year and if you take 2 years it will be 32 billion dollars....Now 32 billion divided by 4 billion equaled: 8 so 8 multiplied by 66,000 work out troops...You will have: 528,000 troops of the work out army, the same as the Entire USA military...all of them working out and volunteer just by taking 2 years of the 270 billion dollars....And the rest of the years of the 270 billion dollars can go to be added up with the 360 billion dollars that go into company/bussiness creation making it 630 billion dollars every year that you are going to receive Latin America for company/bussiness creation to be later raffled....

All this because of 25 dollars a month investment for 20 years...And future generations will be well taken care off...The initial investment of 1 generation takes care of all the generations to come....

But if i was you Latin America i'll take 22 billion dollars how many countries do you have 22? and bribe each country with 1 billion dollars into changing their language to English...Make English the primary language and spanish the secondary language...You know bring the world together....

Also you could create a city in any place of your country really quick...How here it is:

I heard that a tall building cost between 12-15 million dollars to construct [at least that's how much here in Panama]...Well here is how it goes...you take 840 million dollars...You divide it into 200 million dollars equal 4...So you take 1 accounts of 200 million dollars, place it in the bank at 6% it should equal 12 million dollars every year...You take those 12 million dollars and construct tall buildings...Since there is 4 accounts each receiving 12 million dollars, that means that there is going to be 4 buildings constructed every year....But you see once each building is constructed you price it regularly and you will get your 12 million dollars back...You might get 14 million dollars back...You then take those 14 million dollars and construct another tall building....That means that means that each year there is going to be 4 tall buildings constructed and 4 more tall buildings after those 4 buildings are constructed and so sucessively....But because the money is comming from earned interest money from 200 million dollar accounts that means that there is going to be 4 additional each year...So THE NUMBER OF TALL BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED EVERY YEAR IS GOING TO GROW EXPONENTIALLY EVERY YEAR, like after the 10th year there is going to be like i don't know i am not keeping track but maybe like 64 tall buildings constructed every year FOREVER [honestly i don't think is going to be 64 tall buildings but more like 120 tall buildings after the 10th year constructed every single year forever]...The problem with this is that you are going to over populate your country with tall buildings...And i don't know if there is enough rock/cement in the world to construct so many tall buildings...The only problem is that this will not work in the USA because 1 tall building cost 60 million dollars to construct in the USA...The good thing is that you will be giving jobs to people when constructing those tall buildings...You should keep this for when the population begins to grow out of hand...And you will need to find a way to recycle rocks since i heard that cement comes from rocks...
