Progressive Gaming International Corporation engages in the development and marketing of technology-based products for the gaming industry. It operates in three segments: Slot and Table Games, Product Sales, and Systems. The Slot and Table Games segment develops, acquires, licenses, and distributes proprietary branded and nonbranded slot and table games. The Product Sales segment designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes interior signage, progressive jackpot systems, and related electronic components, as well as special order slot games and slot game glass displays. This segment provides related support and installation services. The Systems segment designs and develops electronic player tracking, and game monitoring and accounting systems for slot and table games. These systems are sold or leased to casino operators and governmental agencies. The company was established in 1986. It was formerly known as Mikohn Gaming Corporation and changed its name to Progressive Gaming International Corporation in January 2005. Progressive Gaming International is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. They will report earnings after close on Monday. W.S. has them as a strong buy. I see them at 16 bucks or so by years end. I have a nice gain but might consider buying more if the stock take a hit in price after it reports because I believe this company has a strong future. I am not a stock expert, nor claim to be. I have made and lost money in the market. For me it is a form of gambling and with gambling there is risk. So bet smart and be alert. Good Luck.  |
