"This was apparently first broken by Brian Benton, not Chris Martenson; the original link was to a Financial Sense article (of which I was unaware.)

All the previous comments in my other post, however, still apply - here it is in video....
There is also evidence showing up that this was not the first purchase of essentially "as-issued" bonds, especially in the 7-year duration. I am looking into this and will attempt to quantify the percentage of "support" that is in fact monetization, irrespective of what Bernanke said in front of Congress."

Bernanke and Geithner are playing the star roles in this tragedy/comedy. But their acting is terrible. A good actor has to be convincing in his role. These guys aren't. You can see the terror in their eyes. The terror of someone who is lying to your face about sleeping with your wife. I think these guys have dark secrets they must keep at risk of great peril.
I'd give a pretty penny to find out what kind of skeletons they're keeping hidden.
Agree with your second post .... worthless and it's part of looting the treasury bankrupting the US. World Reports stated there is $600 + trillion in untaxed off the books fraudulent finance held in offshore accounts. Meanwhile our financial well being has been handed over to those two. Kinda warms your heart.
