You need to get 15 million people each wanting to contribute $15 dollars per paycheck for 4 years for this cause...This is not a lot but is a start...Those 15 million people will get their money back...15 million people each contributing $15 per paycheck for 4 years it will be 20 billion dollars...Placed in the bank at 5% is 1 billion dollars and some change...Now you take 4 years worth of those 1 billion dollars and placed it in the bank and ask them to give you 7% it should be 70 million dollars coming to you every year x 4 which will equal = 280 million dollars coming to you EVERY SINGLE YEAR...

You then take the 20 billion dollars and return it to everyone...

With the 280 million dollars coming to you every year you create a "Global Emergency Lotto" ONLY for mixed marriages & albinos in need...Unfortunately you will not be able to give a lot but again is a start....Since a home around the world cost $70,000, this lotto is going to give: $35,000, towards the payment of a home...So it will mean that half a home will be paid...This way there will be: 8,000 recipients of the award globally EVERY year...

A MESSAGE TO HUMANITY EUGENICS: Listen Humanity this doesn't go here but i am mentioning it to help you push you forward...Today i learn what the word "Eugenics" meant, raven mentioned it to me...Listen creating human eugenics doesn't work and is kind of racist/discriminatory...The Eugenics you should be pushing is "Weight Eugenics"...For your own good...Listen in like a couple of centuries the ENTIRE PLANET is going to be overweight and i mean really overweight....Now you are not going to exclude fat people...What you should do is create eugenics where a Fat persons pairs up/marries a skinny person....Because a fat person with a very skinny gaunt person produces = a normal person baby weight-wise....

Also listen the idea that a well built person genetically wise could produce wonders is "KIND OF" outdated, why? because nowadays "wealthyness or richness" can do the job...That idea that a person physically because he has good genes is superior is sort of outdated, who is superior? Someone rich...This is not the first time i've said...But is not like that either is the right amount of wealth also...Also you don't need to practice human eugenics because the answer to it is cloning...I'll say something....I don't have all the answers i am not an expert nor am i an Einstein: "i don't know if intelligence" is transmitted through breeding, might happen in rats and that is because Rats got smaller brains their "per quare metter" size of the brain will bring differences but because humans are larger and have a surface per square inch way bigger than rats the genetic heritage might be smaller or unnoticeable...Want to know something that i believe and i wish you believe me but something that creates intelligence? the answer is "height", "HEIGHT and beauty".....Now i am not saying that taller people are smarter what i am saying is that "the right height" creates intelligence, what am i saying? that if Einstein was 5 inches shorter or 5 inches taller he wouldn't have been who he is today....Again going back to the older topic you need to focus on "Wealth" because someone who is "Wealthy" is sure is superior...

Also if you are doing human eugenics what is for? What purpose those it serve if everyone is going to be working if you are doing human eugenics you are trying to create a beign that is appealing to women sexually, all to make women have more orgasm is the only purpose...Will this help the USA increase the economy so that the USA has a higher and higher GDP, less poverty and be the number 1 superpower for centuries to come? NOPE....So it doesn't serve any purpose...I'll like every women in the world to be like Laura Simpson but you know what will happen right? There will be an increase sense of vanity and super exagerated sex, what will rule in this world will be sex it will be the Owner of this world....And should i mention what will happen if that's the case? increase in abortions, increase in child pornography, increase in discrimination, increase the use of drugs, increase in orphanage....I mention the finess army to tackle the "weight problem" to offer a front against the "Weight problem"....And even if you believe in eugenics if you was to do it you will be only doing a minute fraction that will not have an impact in the world...Something else you should be pushing instead of Eugenics is "Religion" to make humans keep Evil at bay in their minds to help them suppress evilness...After you tackle the "Weight problem you should go for making humans suppress evil, help them live a Saintier life una vida santa....Also addressing poverty addressing countries to become richer and richer, helping Nasa increase in budget, etc, making the price of stuff be the same, create a new interest rates different from Banks because banks are saturated, etc, etc....

Also if you are going over eugenics you should try to push women forward because i am going to tell you something, had Einstein been born a women he wouldn't have did what he did...not saying he wouldn't have been smarter had he been a women all i am saying is he or should i say she would have focus on other things....
