Texas Blood Draw Law?

I won't even say why and how many ways dangerous this is going to be, in the wrong hands, other than to say "If you thought tazers were hazardous to your health ..."

Alles heil "States' Rights".

That is over the top! I mean a breathalyzer should be plenty, that is what they do in MD.,D.C, they give the choice: you refuse, you go to the klinky.

As a side note; I've been hit by drunk drivers three times! One head-on, one I avoided the head-on (but still got side swiped), and the third, a red light run that took out my front end, I was fortunate in all three of no serious injury.   There was a fourth that the woman was on meds on her way to court that turned left from the right lane on a one way, and to avoid hitting her I went for the side walk and took out a fire hydrant! That one totaled my car and my right knee! That car was a sweet '68 Dart GT convertible I had restored, her husband begged me not to file an insurance claim as they would have never gotten insurance for her again, he offered whatever amount I wanted for the car and my injuries. Memories. As you can imagine I am a defensive driver, and only drive SUV's now.
