Carribbean, i don't know what's your population, but i see you as a series of States...For what i am seeing, you all will have to pool to get the Emergency 911, Pick5...Yours will have to be a Free lotto and will have to be shared between the Entire Carribean...Because i don't see another way how it could work...

I heard that there is a Metane threat that could flood the islands and shores of the world, well i was thinking of building long pipes underwater, kind of like Telephone/internet cables and petroleum and sucking the methane from the fountains of metane and redirecting it to the Artic/Antartic, underwater with layers and layers of thickness and through a valve slowly releasing it in the artic and burning it in the air the way those long tubes of petroleum burn petroleum 24 hours a day...I think is the only way....The theory of the methane was by professor Prici or Costly something like that, i heard it on the history channel....

Also if you have mountains you know the Eurotunnel driller? I heard on the movie "Oceans12" that it cost 30 million dollars...Dude take advantage of it now than wait 50 years and see the price of it go up....
