Homemade Windex Recipe

If you like Windex, here's a recipe for making your own at a fraction of the cost. Works just like the real thing.

In a one quart spray bottle, mix:

1/8 cup clear ammonia (non-streaking)

1/2 cup isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol

1/4 teaspoon liquid dishwashing detergent

fill the rest with water

Thanks Rick, but that recipe is too dangerous to drink. I'll drink the water, but the rest is too much.
