HOORAY FOR NORTH CAROLINA LOTTERY

North Carolina will finally get a lottery according to the Charlotte Observer.

"N.C. to have lottery, thanks to budget deal".  It is about time!  They finally came up with something that everyone agreed on.  Awesome! Lawmakers will get a copy of the budget by Monday and the Chamber will get it by Wednesday.

"The Senate will still have to take a separate vote after passing the budget to actually enact the lottery.
