Congrats on your new laptop!! Have no idea about your question, but LP has a bunch of topnotch computer geeks who may be able to provide some help.

did you update all the things that need to be updated Internet explorer, java, shockwave and any other application you use. A new computer doesn't automatically have the latest version of everything. Also some youtube vid's don't pop out from a link, you might try going to the main page and enter the search terms for the youtube video you want to see.

Fourme, I was thinking about the updates. As far as youtube main page, that's where I was. I even tried a different vid, but nothing. I'll try the other updates you mentioned. Thanks.

I love this 17 inch screen. Wally World had one Toshiba remaing which was still at the promotional cost of $348.00

It only has 250 gig hard drive compared to the 500 dollar one with 350 gigs. Oh well, I think I could use the money saved instead of more gigs. If I ever need more, I'll buy an extra hard drive which usually costs around a hundred bucks.
