Authorities: Man exposed himself near school bus stop

Johnston County deputies arrested a Clayton man Wednesday and said he was exposing himself near a school bus stop.

Neal Jeffrey Bass, 42, was charged with felony indecent exposure.

Aresident in the Broadmoor subdivision called authorities Wednesdaymorning to report a man standing near a barn exposing himself.Authorities said the alleged flashing occurred on Cleveland Road in theCleveland community within view of a bus stop.

Seven elementaryschool children were at the bus stop, but the investigating deputy saidhe doesn't think any of the children saw the man.
