recently the mass lottery released the new 10.00 patriots scratch off ticket and as a promotion they supposibily went to faniel hall in boston and randomly hand out 1800 tickets to random people and out of 1800 tickets there surprising was a 500,000.00 winner. first of all why would they just had out tickets which takes away prise money from paying lottery players and being a promotion and if they didnt had out any winers there would be no excitment    there is someone ou there that knows exactly where the winning scratches are.... and if you believe otherwise you ars falling into the credibility that want you to believe...mass lottery advertises lottery live and guess what it not shown live they say it cost to much to air but yet they spend millions on advertising look at billboards on highways,mass pike and fenway park,and the garden... will someone check these crooks out we are being tricked and because of politics we can get o the bottom the corruption is so big ...remember prior leader the state attorney caugh them carrying bags of money out of the lottery  dept.   what do you think any input or new ideas on this subject. the integrety of all lotteries is at stake i mean everyone.......
