SEWER PLANTS LIKE THE ONE IN THE USA/FRANCE SHOWN ON HISTORY/NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL for each country in the world [call it the countries lotto]...1 or 2 countries per year: I saw a sewer plant tv show on the history or national geographic channel...Men!!! what a sewer plant...Look countries may have sewer treatments plants but none of them matches what i saw...Suffice to say that maybe 2 or 3 countries in the world have that sewer plant that i saw on tv...Dude if your sewer plant is not "PERFECT" then you begin little by little to throw dirty deposits into the sea, contaminating the sea...This is leaning towards the USA sewer plant because i think the USA sewer plant beat the one in France...How much do they cost? i dont know i will say about 1 billion....It will only take the oceans 300 years at that pace to be entirely contaminated specially when microorganisms reproduce exponentially...
