I owe this tactic to Dominique something from Foxnews.com after watching her give the weather forecast and see those numbers...Just so you know, i first learned about this tactic like 3 years ago someone mentioned it here in LP, this tactic was first thought of a company can't remember their name [i have it written down somewhere in one of my blogs], the name of the company has a "q" on it...I think they are doing it in Europe...So if you wanted to do something like it i dont know you MIGHT or MIGHT NOT need to get their permission i dont know even though i dont think so because the method i am proposing is different from theirs since is the same tactic but a different method...Also i will say what i am proposing is more effective because it goes after pick4 with success and if you think about it theirs is going after Powerball and if you look at it, the odds of winning MegaMillions/Powerball is so remote is more likely that you will hit the 5/5 + 0 and that is IF you are lucky...However if you go after Pick4 with a lot of succes you will end up achieving 100,000 in 6 months...Same thing like going after Megamillions/Powerball except that you dont have to CLIMB Powerball...

This is for teenagers & the Elderly...

You gather money from a large amount of people from both groups from they chipping in a little every paycheck or monthly and you buy yourself a supercomputer...It could be a 3 million or 1 million or $500K supercomputer...Is up to you...you cram it with algorithms...Remember this is a different approach a third/fourth approach...You can buy yourself the supercomputer or you can alway, place $50K or $100K or more in the bank and let the interest pay people to work for you looking at the lotto the way a supercomputer would...Remember they are both a supercomputer...Is up to you..

Now let me show you an example of looking at Pick4 as 5's...You first convert Pick4 into a combination game...Example: this is an old Ga drawing but it doesnt matter...

Permutation =  Combination = 5's

Pick4          =      Pick4           = numbers

0954   =    10-19-24-29      =   2-4-5-6

1932   =    1-10-13-15        = 1-2-3-3

2482   =    2-6-14-16          =  1-2-3-4

1471   =    1-5-12-13          = 1-1-3-3

3736   =    3-10-13-19        =  1-2-3-4

7652   =    7-13-18-20        =  2-3-4-4

8555   =    8-13-18-23        = 2-3-4-5

Let me sum it up: 1-5 = 1; 6-10 = 2; 11-15 =3; 16-20 = 4; 21-25= 5; 26- 30=6...

Notice that the 5 when they play the range is mostly from 1-4 sometimes from 1-5...All you got to do is get it correct...

So let's say you get yourself the supercomputer? all it has to do is predict the correct 5's for the day and the large number of customers or population when people got their number written down [like if they chose it themselves] they check it against the supercomputer's 5's for the day and if they got a different 5's configuration numbers the supercomputer takes their numbers and translate it to mirrow numbers of the correct 5's for the day...It sounds silly but this way out of 1,000 people there will be like 50 or 60 "STRAIGHT" winners...Compare to 3 or 4 winners the other method that the company with the q letter has it everytime they get it right...Everytime doing what i say, everytime the supercomputer or whoever get it right i will say there will be like 50 or 60 winners for every 1,000 players...And guess what? that's 50 or 60 winners getting Pick4: "STRAIGHT"...not box and since the 5's is only between: 1-4 or 1-5 the supercomputer or the person will get it right more often, compare to the regular: "Straight once every 5 or 10 years"....Dude is up to you...Theoretically speaking that is...Becareful is more... 

If you notice the 5's they are from 1-4 or from 1-5 and is in ascending order "straight" not boxed...SEE what i am talking about now...

Also not only do they get it "STRAIGHT" but each player will pay $1 dollar when going to play its ticket, plus it has either a 3 million dollar supercomputer with algorithms or humans checking it out...Dude $1 per play...
