This is for black people in the USA as well as native Americans of the USA...I am going to mainly talk about black people but you native indians you know it can apply to you...

Black people you gather: 600,000 black American people who will like to see this accomplished...They each chip in $15 per paycheck for 10 years....It will be: 2 billion 160 million dollars...Placed in the bank at: 6% it will be: 129 million dollars coming your way every single year...Now you wait 2 years and it will be 259 million dollars...And with it you create a "Black University"...I dont know how much a university cost but i'll say it cost like: 300 million dollars....And every 2 years you create one in the USA...Now this just means "Construction cost" it doesn't mean running or maintenance cost...You can always charge a fee and let it go towards maintenance cost, or charge another fee towards running cost...Since it is already constructed money will not go towards construction cost which will mean that the university will cost less...The only difference is that this university will not have recognition like Yale & Harvard but is a great thing...Also do me the favor if you construct this, cut the blackness/ebony crap i want to see "student rendimiento".....And to make it better, you create lots of "tutoring" departments...Also you can always take 250 million create the Black university, and with 9 million place it in the bank at: 5% which should be: $450,000 PER YEAR and let it go towards the University Library books...But i have to admit texbooks are quite expensive...

Dude if you have to spend 2 hours more per week on classes then so be it...I feel we are all black we are reminded everytime we look in the mirror we dont need to be reminded over and over...
