Dude "Minority & rarerity" should be your RELIGION ALSO when it comes to features...JESUS/GOD WILL UNDERSTAND...YOu also need to check who is with jobs and who is without job which group/company/ranking with the most job....

Something else you could do is educate them...they might not get jobs but at least they are educated...
