Please notice also my last post regarding Canada. They have already stopped the flu vaccine.

"Why, then, did the FDA apparently violate the law and push these vaccines into full public distribution without securing the safety testing required by law? Turner suspects a profit motive may be involved: "They're charging $24.95 to get a vaccine. Multiplied by 100 million people, that's a lot of money. If you do the whole society, you're talking about several billion dollars."
My brother has always beaten a path to my door to let me know the moment he has the flu. He doesn't cover his mouth when he coughs or sneezes, and he doesn't bother to wash his hands, not even at meal time. He'd stay just long enough to infect us, and then he'd go home and go to bed. For the past two years, I've refused to let him into the house when he's sick - I told him that if it was that important to him to show off his latest virus, he could do it by telephone.
Seasonal flu shots don't protect us from every possible strain, but I can count on one hand the times I've become ill after receiving my flu shot, and it usually runs its course within a few days. I'm sure it's only a coincidence, but my brother, seeking a dose of sympathy, had visited just days before in each instance. I love my brother like ... well, like a brother, but I have little patience for people who aren't smart enough to STAY AT HOME when they're infectious. There are forty-five people employed where he works. Last winter, they had to shut down for three weeks because everybody had the flu. That's because the FIRST person who got sick thought he or she was being a trooper and went to work when he or she should have had the good sense to STAY AT HOME. "But I need the money" is NOT a viable excuse for infecting the entire workforce of a single employer and preventing THEM from earning a paycheck for three weeks just because one person is too STUPID to do the math.
I'm going to bed now. Not because I'm sick, but because I've been up all night and, in case it isn't obvious, I get a little cranky when I'm tired.
