Dude PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU, this comes at a price...Dude i dont know if you want to do this 100 years from now but please do it...Dude YOU MUST DO WHAT I SAY, PLEASE...Listen NASA is good but what if you had an ENTIRE country working for you, which please believe me it should had been the case but it is not...Again dude this is the only reason why i am doing this because honestly all of you all are still prisoners....Dude i wish we had THE ENTIRE WORLD, working on this matter and we will NOT 100% of the world but that's fine....AND JUST REMEMBER SOMETHING...IS ONLY 8 YEARS...After 50 years or 100 years it could be more given the population of the country to grow and this way have a huge country working for you...Not just 1 country but 3 of them....Dude YOU MUST DO THIS....PLEASE LOOK i dont care how bad a country think it is....Dude you know that in a country is something like: .03% of people study science....Dude again you must do this....These are 3 projects that require "MATTER OF GLOBAL NATIONAL SECURITY...Dude i wish we could do it with other countries but it is not possible so we got to take advantage that these 3 poorest countries in the world are the poorest...Dude either you work towards this goal or you continue to be poor for the rest of eternity...I want you to create a "SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY" COUNTRY...Why can't we do it with other countries? because bussiness must run to mantain their economies...Dude just so you know if it wasn't for BUSSINESS there will not be any bank...Honestly those countries i think you will have to do it like 100 years from now because they are kind of strict in their ways...Also there is a problem with all 3 or 4 countries...You will either have to create an airport that brings women and men into those countries because i am telling you sorry to put it so blunt but "VAGINA" is an engine of this world...Dude you take 1 country and you remove women from there and the country/economy collapses...These 3 countries or 4 countries are going to assist the world, they are going to assist other countries...Dude is the only way to do it...And this countries are going to run from now 'til kingdom come...Dude it doesnt matter if they never deliver, is better to do it than to create a regular country who is mostly wasting away time...

Remember the only way we are going to raise your economy is for you to work for the world...Dude YOU GOT TO DO IT...

Anyways Dude the GDP which is the salary of many countries is like 70 billion dollars a year i am talking countries with big population...You are going to take: 400 million people from around the world who will like to do this and will like to see this accomplish...They each is going to chip in $20 per paycheck for 8 years...Is going to be: 1 trillion 500 million dollars...You place it in something like a bank that gives you 9% and it will be like 145 billion dollars a year and is going to be the GDP of 1 country...And like how i said, this country is going to build its economy and become a "SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY" country dude there is not going to be nothing else raised there just "SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY"....Now this is 1 country, i believe there are 3 of them that are extremely poor...Well that was 8 years...You are going to take another 400 million people and do the same...And the 3rd country will have to wait until 20 years have passed or 25 years have passed....After the 25 years have passed you are going to take 400 million twice, 1 is going towards the 3rd country that didnt get it, and the other is going towards the entire world for the same reason for the Science & Technology community...Dude i dont care how you want to do it...Just dam do it...Dude i know 25 years is a long time to wait, well actually at the way things are going i think this will happen 75 years from now or 100 years from now so i am been modest...And during the course of time in the distant future whenever a country collapses and is in the bottom you do the same...Plus you will help fight global poverty...Actually i think is going to be like 500 years from now...dude i dont care when you want to start it you just need to dam start it...

But before this happens there needs to be something that replaces the bank system...Dude Banks can't take all that load...Something like Insurance or food or the lotto....
