Are we supposed to be thankful that they are agreeing to abide by state laws? They should be prosecuted for interfering with legal medical activity.

Thanks Rick! Excellent point ... I was just blown away by the sensibility of their thinking for a change.

I totally agree with this approach by the Feds, and I was always mystified at how the Feds could possibly trump states' rights.

Somebody should be sure to write this in a history book someplace, because it's one of the only times you will ever see the Obama administration support state laws over federal laws. Certainly it's because of the hippie vote.

By the same token, don't be surprised by how this comes back to bite us: Obama is most certainly going to say that all the new drug addicts' rehab sessions should be paid for by the tax-payers as part of the "public option" they want to create. Heck, because it's "medical" marijuana, they'll probably find a way for us to pay for the drug too.

Thanks Todd! We here in the US are going to be paying for stuff we didn't use, cause, bring about or even think of if this administration goes unchecked. Don't see any reason it won't it was selected and put in place by globalists.
