ALSO, you need to "TEACH" supercomputers to build algorithms themselves, and learn from the mistakes of algorithms and elaborate on them and build new algorithm to tackle the problem, the same way the supercomputer could learn how to beat a human in chess...Remember that the supercomputer that beat kasparov in chess could go back 40 draws positions before it made a move think up and then make its decision? And it may sound weird, But create a "WOUNDED INSURANCE FOR SOLDIER who become crippled"....but you know how certain soldiers after they are injured can't go back to the army and file for disability...That i know there is only 1 insurance in the military and is the "life insurance and health insurance" but there is no "WOUNDED IN COMBAT INSURANCE"....Wounded in combat insurance is used from the public tax payers i think that's how it works...
