Listen California has a population of: 36 million people and their national Lotto which is Lotto Plus averages about 6 million dollars...You need to create a Lotto or Game that makes: "Way more than that"...I honestly dont think you have it...What i think you have is something that averages like 5 million dollars sometimes 7....YOu need to have something that averages like $25 million dollars on average native of your country...

Look at Bangladesh it has: 165 million people and i honestly dont think their lotto pays: $20 million dollars as starting jackpot...Or to make it bigger, you can create a "Game" instead of a "Lotto"...Only so many people will play the lotto many find it too hard...

I sure will like to see the "Lotto Hacker" winner of 4 or 5 jackpots been from east Asia...What makes me mad is that i dont know what kind of lotto you got nor i dont know any website that i can see it...You know Florida? it has i think 15 milion people and yet their national lotto pays: 5 million as starting jackpot...Tell me Vietnam are you going to let yourself be beaten by a "country/state" with 15 million people??? When YOU got  87 million people...Is embarrassing...

Again you need to create it either a lotto or a game, i will go for the game but i am not president of your respective countries so i can't mandate...

Please Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Burma & Indonesia...Please listen...

You know what would had been better? If you create something like a game that involves "ALGEBRA OR TRIGONOMETRY"...Something that ask people to look in the algebra book for the answer...

Listen, you know also something else that you should try....FREE LOTTOS...I'll like to tell you to create "Free Paying Games replacing Free Lottos" but the thing is, again "I AM NOT YOUR PRESIDENT"....And is going to take several decades before all that changes....But for the mean time you can create "FREE LOTTOS"...Anyways nobody can tell you you can't create "Free Paying Games".....But for the "Free Paying Games" or "Free Lotto" to exists there's got to be: "Real Lotto Winners" or Rich people and is a problem, waiting on regular rich people to become rich can take 20 or 30 years and that's "IF" they want to help the cause...Again they dont believe me that "MONEY IS SCARCE"....

i think scracth off little bit better and match with any "religion" restrictions why because there are SURE PRIZE to be taken and it depend on lucky (no need mambo jumbo statistics etc... lol) or if the lottery provider have open their accounting there will be like this:

direct cost for tickets                               : xxx
indirect cost (raising fund)                      : 2.5 - 5 %
LP comission fee                                      : 2.5 - 5 %
total prize                                                : xxx
                                                                ---------------
price per tickets (/xxx tickets generate)       xxx

but the challenge will be the "forecasting" cash flow x if y and if z within the expired date and detect the future fraud, i think weight already considered by scratch off provider for the jackpot tier 1 till xyz (larger zero should have xyz mili micro gram or something :)

Never thought about it...You know i like lotto because there is a challenge and it puts the human brain to think and want to figure out and you know how smart asian are...But yeah a scratchoff will do also...

You know something else you could create instead of the "Free Lotto" create a "Casino" of board games, mind games, strategy games, etc...People pay to go in and they win who knows: $20 or $40 dollars per game won...Just like gameville but this place is an Actual place people can go...Possibly have a monthly membership...And again all the money goes to benefit each of the respective countries...
All with the intention of knowing the "Charpest mind, smartest"....

that to me is having a good time...Not that crap of guys in a beach all pretending they dont want to bone Laura Simpson and Laura Simpson dont have the slightest clue and if she does she doesnt do anything about it...You know if i could just to prove a point just for the fun of it i'll start a regular party and i will ask all the males to wear a black sweater with the letter i want to bone Laura Simpson and then invite Laura Simpson....Just for the fun of it..if there is someone in this world who will do something like that is me it will be me i assure you is me...
Anyways going back to the "Free Paying Games Casino" we will ask everyone to wear a "suit" when coming here or black docker pants or dark blue docker pants with long sleeve white shirts and ties and shoes not tennis shoes if you dont wear them you dont come in...Dont think of this as a casino think of it more as a "Recreation Park" to have a good time...There will be massages, etc....

They pay to go to sport events, some sports are O.K but others anyways, they "PAY" $500, $600, $900 to watch guys do the same stuff over and over, so why can't WE pay people to see them have a good time...Exactly...lol...i tell you...

you know in the adult movie industry...The male gets "PAID", I REAPEAT, he gets "PAID" IN THE MILLIONS AND MORE THAN HER for you know what with the women when is she who should get "PAID ALL THE MONEY" he shouldn't receive nothing, he should "PAY" to be in that possition...I swear i dont understand...Again so why can we "PAY" people to have a good time, to compete, etc...

Scratchoff is good that way they can work on: Scratchoffs Algorithms to try and crack it...However i will like to advice, scratchoffs to crack it is like: 1 in 700 million odds...Also you need millionaires that will be willing to help in the cause tha'ts why it needs more "millionaire lottos, or millionaires game, or millionaire scratchoffs...

But the problem with scratchoffs is that they ask for so much money and they only want to pay: 1 million dollars or 2 or 3..They should be paying: 25 million dollars and up...I've been saying this...They will even make more money that way...Pay: 50 million 70 million, 30 million 100 million dollars a one lump sum money in 1 scratchoff thicket...but what do they do?? they pay like 5 million in 1's meaning 5, 1 million dollars...Like that is something...It takes the fun out of playing scratchoff...Dude the ones that cost: $30 bucks, $30   bucks pay like 20 million in 1's is so retarded and the 200 million that they make is all for them...All for them...Like isn't it suffice that 1 scratchoff cost: $5 bucks more than a lottery ticket, no wonder people buy more lottery tickets, and yet there is like 50 scratchoffs and 5 lotteries...
Listen those that want scratchoffs to pay 50 million in 1 scratchoff ticket gather each one chips in 5 dollars a month or whatever get a large amount of money place it in the bank and let the interests lobby congress into changing that law or into lobbying the state lottery....

You know what pisses me off about the state lottery, that all of them believe and swear that cracking a particular scratchoffs has the same odds as a lottery...When clearly cracking a scratchoffs has: 800 million odds and powerball 200 million they still can't see that...Cracking a scratchoffs has possibly 1 BILLION 400 million odds of you cracking it way up there away from Powerball...And they can't see that...So it has that amount of odds and yet they pay your little measly $500,000 or 1 million dollars...None of them willing to pay: 50 million in 1 scratchoff ticket or 100 million dollars in 1 scratchoff ticket, or 200 million dollars in 1 scratchoff ticket...None of them...Dude that law needs to change....You know the lower prizes tiers comes out to like 10 million, que te questa what does it cost you...But just so you know i dont 100% like the USA the lottery is a good example when something become very powerful rich and has unlimited power a power were not even judges can touch them...And that's just the lottery cartel imagine now the USA as a whole...But again YOU CAN'T SEE IT...that's why i am against capitalism, that's why to me democracy is not all that...And again they still can't see it...Just remember dude there is only 4 ways to be very rich or rich for that matter...4 ways...Still can't see it...Why? because little johny in kindergarden didnt get that laptop....

but the problem with scratchoffs is that the majority of people got to work and they dont have time to dedicate to try and hit the lotto, let alone the scratchoffs...I got a suggestion even though it will not work the way i would had liked it to work...You gather 500 people each wanting the same thing to win scratchoffs possibly from the same state/city...each one of othem chips in: $50 per month for 2 years...It will be: $600,000...This is only if you are serious about scratchoffs..you place it in the bank at: 5% or 4% it will be: $30,000 coming your way every single year...With it you hire a: Mathematician specializing in Algorithm or who is up to the challenge...You place an add in the Newspaper but you dont tell them is to crack the scratchoffs in the newspaper you tell her/him is to crack the impossible and you place such an add in the newspaper...And that person will be working for you day and night...And that mathematician works for the 500 people...If is a foreign country you can hire: 3 mathematicians to work for you...

OR you make the 500 people pay: 60 dollars a month: $5 for the mathematician which will be: $30,000 in 1 year the other $5 which will be another: 30,000 in 1 year and with the extra $30,000 a year you can hire more people or whatever you will need...And the $50 a month will be for 2 years..Which will be: $600,000 placed in the bank at: 4% it will be: $24,000 a year that you can use as practice money for whatever scratchoff the mathematician asks you to buy at a particular time, or for cameras, computers, semi-mini-supercomputers, again for whatever they got some semi-mini supercomputers that cost: $200,000 again for whatever reason and you got something going on...

A scratchoff is also similar to collecting "losing ball lotto tickets" not knowing what play and figuring out what played based on collecting the losers ball lotto tickets numbers..Is very similar to it is almost exactly like that...

But you see in Thailand or Bangladesh and many of this countries, find a mathematician...why? because there is no: "Mathematics" lotto/scratchoff to incentivise"....

you know what scratchoff also looks similar to what game?? It looks similar to: "MEMORY GAME" THE ONE WITH THE CARDS except that the arrangement is not a: 6 by 8 [6x8] arrangement but "HUGE"...you can always use memory game as your practice game but get way more cards for sure, also the difference is that there is not too many doubles of any cards the number of doubles is reduced...

remember the 2 universities guys who cracked the roullette it came on tv called: "Cracking" las vegas...WAnt to know something "I NEVER, I REPEAT I NEVER" thought someone will accomplished that, i "NEVER" thought someone will cracked the "roullette"..Dude "IF THEY CAN DO IT", you can do it...And is funny because they "DIDNT HAVE" no money or resources...

You know something else i was thinking..The 500 team of working people...Each either could chip in: $5 every month or $50 for 2 years place the money in the bank at: 4% or 5% whichever so the $50 a month for 2 years or the $5 every month will both equaled: $30,000 a year...30K, 24K, whatever...Anyways with the $30,000 a year you could create a "Scratchoff Lottery Post"...Is not as big as this site because it only dedicates itself to "Scratchoffs"well it could be as big as this site..But the difference is that in this: "Scratchoff Lotterypost" or whatever name you want to give it, this site will pay: 5 cents for every written good contribution someone makes on the site about scratchoffs or it could be about sport...And this way you begin to learn...Sorry to say it but the problem is that if you are serious about scratchoff "YOU GOT TO BE SERIOUS" you just can't dedicate to it just one single tiny space...And you place it on the internet...And this way you begin to gather intelligence...And this way you feed that intelligence to your mathematician/ingeneer working for you...
The only problem is that i suspect that the State lottery since is a "CArtel" and you seen how dirty they play will be snooping on the site...You could make the site private where is someone wants to join he is contacted personally or you could do it over computer webcam that way you can "SEE" the person...Or you could make the good contributions given to you be private where only you can see them and nobody else who visits the site can see them...
you know $1 divided by 5 cents = 20....So $30,000 x 20 = 600,000 a year meaning you will have: 600,000 contributions given to you every year making you wise and smart about scratchoffs...

you know what i was thinking? you could also like another team: since is: 600,000 contributions a year you could pay people: 10 cents or a quarter or 5 cents for them to give you the serial number of scratchoffs they bought and lost or for people to tell you how was the trip to the gas station to buy the scratchoffs...I know that: 5 cents is too little in the USA but i am just giving you an idea...
Also you know who works as if cracking scratchoffs? Brian Green and theoretical physicist, notice they write equations and more equations about the universe and about areas in the universe yet they have not been there...So if brian green and the rest can do it...You can do it...

You can even have a mathematician working for you from another part of the world if you so wish you connect though that large screen that cisco systems got where you can see the person and the person can see you...lol...If "physics" exist to describe the universe, meaning if they could invent math to describe phenomena that occurs in the universe [that's what physics is] why can't you invent math to apply it to scratchoffs a random phenomena...

you know things are hard in a country which means that not all mathematicians will get a job you can take advantage of that situation and hire mathematicians that didnt make it and pay them $500 or $600 a month, this way you could have: 6 mathematicians working for you...I dont want to pay a Mathematician no $500 a month but dont forget you are looking at: 800 million odds to 1 or 1 billion 400 million odds we are not talking about Powerball here, so you are going to need all the help you can..Just make sure that their jobs gets to see the light of day and that they are not fat...make them work from: 4am to 12 noon, from 12 midnight to 8am and from 2am to 10am...

what i meant to say is that make sure that the mathematicians are skinny, hire them skinny...If you hire them fat it will take a toll on them...
