To USA, Brazil, Russia Italy etc lotto players A call to you: Designing of a Lotto Stock Market

This is not just a call to USA, Brazil, Russia, Italy lotto players, this is a call to all lotto players of countries with more than: 60 million people and above...

A call to lotto players of Japan, Indonesia, France, Germany, South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, etc, etc...

I am going to start with the USA, Brazil, Russia and Italy but know it also applies to countries with: 60 million people or above...

You may ask why summon players from so many countries? Because the USA can't and could not do it alone...This is a very complicated thing...

Let me start with the USA from which this site is from...Gather 10 million lottery players from the USA, let each one chip in: $20 per month for 5 months...it will be: 1 billion dollars...Placed in the bank at: 5% it will be: 50 million dollars coming your way every single year...What are you going to do with it???

Create a huge building very wide...And you are going to hire people to work in this building office and they are going to try and come up with the: "LOTTO STOCK MARKET"...A system, market that is dynamic and it moves that creates winners and losers is going to mix the: "LOTTO" with the "Stock Market" and see what happens...Something that is common to everyone and everyone can enjoy and play it, no burecracy you dont have to be of a specific skin tone to play it and as cheap as the lotto...The job of this building office is to come up with multiple as many as possible designs of a: "Lotto Stock Market"....

You can do this in Russia, you can do this in Japan you can do this in Italy you can do this in South Africa, you are going to do this in Australia each country having its own Office building to try and come up with it...Dude, DUDE, DUDE, just remember the population is only growing is not staying constant...In 98% of countries, winning the lotto is the only way to become rich and not only that but there is not enough "Lotto/Games", and just a handful only the people that have PHD's in Bussiness Administration can enjoy the stock market...And is wrong....

The building complex will look something like this:
http://www.getthedeluxetreatment.net/data/mojoTools/carousel/How/09212009122944_lg_12-story-building.jpg
but wider, very, VERY wide...and is going to be a square/rectangule and inside the square is where the gym, swimming pool, etc is going to be located...

A Lotto Stock Market where people can put their money and watch it grow...

A Lotto Stock Market where people can put their money and watch it grow...Something that will incorporate i dont know: Pick4 with the Stock Market, you know how Pick4 has multiple winners well something like that...Something that will not have more than: 10,000 combinations/sets/stocks.....You are going to need the help of experts, ingeneers, mathematicians, experts in the field...You are going to need to help of several supercomputers...

And the Lotto Stock Market Office Building is not going to be a tall office building is going to be a "BUILDING COMPLEX 10 stories very wide....Each section is going to have a: Convex C4600 semi-supercomputer or a: Alex Informatics "AVX3" semi-supercomputer....And they are going to work on coming up with Lotto Stock Market models as many as they can...

And the office building is going to have: a gym, indoor swimming pool, indoor basketball court, "FREE MASSAGES", free cafeteria, etc...The building is going to have sprinklers against fire also...

I was thinking of something where you win a percentage multiplied by the money you got in that lotto stock market as well as something that can take you percentage from what you got in the lotto stock market...what if what you play is to win percentages that will be multiplied agains what you got saved in the lotto stock market..For instance: a Pick4/0-2 but the options are: 1.2%, 1.5%, 1.8%, 1.9%, 2.2%, 2.1%, 2.3%, 3.1%, .07%, .02%, -.002%, -.03%...

And Each number that plays represents how much your money will be multiplied for those first, second, third and fourth 24 hours or 6 hours...For instance if you play the PIck4 and what comes out is: 1.2, 2.2, 1.2, -.03 that means that the first 24 hours whatever you got in the Lotto Stock Market will be multiplied times: 1.2%, then the following day whatever you got will be multiplied times: 2.2%, then the third day whatevery you got in the lotto stock market will be multiplied times: 1.2% and the fourth day whatever you got will be multiplied times: -.03% meaning you will lose money by: -.03%....

The building is going to have a couple of: $500,000 free lottos going from: $100,000 to $500,000 every year on Chrismass [i was thinking a housed paid] but after you win you must still work for the company...
People go in at: 4am and get off at: 12am others will at: 10pm and get off at: 6am; there is also room for extra hours..Like from 8pm to 5am and part time jobs, from: 10am to 3pm there will be few of those slots of part time...
They get their own coaster bus to pick them up...But the most important thing...FAT PEOPLE MUST NOT BE ALLOWED OR FAT DISABLED PEOPLE..People that work the part time can be fat but the rest must not...Again the most important part is that fat people are NOT ALLOWED...

also fat people are not allowed to work, sorry to tell you this but fat people will not be allowed to work in this company,   retarded government laws...Actually i got an idea...People work 7 hours and the 8th hour they spend it at the building's gym getting paid for the 8th hour but remember only skinny people allow in this company....This is not like other companies where performance dictates revenue meaning that the extra hours the person works the better for the company...this company doesn't feel such pressures...Nice ah?
The extra hours since they are skinny they work 8 hours and the 9th hour they work at the office building gym...So this company is going to open at: 8pm and closed at: 3pm...but the building has to be: "HUGE"....I can't stand that idea of working from: 6am to 5pm or from 6am to 6pm without seen the light of day...But there is going to be a major difference here sorry to put it that way....People from the time they start working at this company they will get themselves an "INSURANCE" to cover when they retire or something because other wise the company will go broke...
And in this company people dont use their car to work, the same coaster bus comes and pick them up...

you know what i was thinking could happened? You know how video games are made by an RNG random number generator, i was thinking they could recreat by RNG the Earth Weather but use numbers instead and create this way a: System but have on it, a lot of thing going on simultaneously, all of them RNGs number combinations and create a "Earth Weather Free Lotto" that pays who knows: 25 million whoever correctly predicts it for 1 day, whatever...Again all of it using numbers and you see the clouds displaying a particular number or the river limit displaying a particular number...

they could do this to a soccer game assigning to each player a number and every interaction a different number basically making a soccer game like a lotto and create a free Global lotto paying who knows: 25 million...
like 11 years ago i remember there was a 25 million dollar Global Lotto it wasn't free you had to pay: 1 or 5 dollars can't remember and it played once a month...Why not do something similar...

you know a soccer game can be similar to various chemical & physical reactions in a system like a planet's system....
