A 42-year-old Quebec woman has died from complications resulting from the H1N1 virus.

It is the third death in the province since September.

The woman, who worked at the Monteregie Health and Social Services Centre, died Tuesday night.

Public health officials said the woman was not a nurse or front line worker who was in contact with patients.

She had also received the H1N1 vaccination on Oct. 29, two days before coming down with symptoms of the flu.

I've heard that's common with any flu vaccine, which is why I never get vaccinated.   Some people in my family are in high risk groups and always get flu shots, but I never do. This woman died very quickly, so I agree it's suspicious.

Time*treat, this is New School journalism...the headline gets buried at the end of the story. I read yesterday of a young healthy woman who developed symptoms similar to Gullian-Barre (sp?) two weeks after flu shot. She was an athletic type training for a marathon and now she can't walk. She attributes it to the vaccine. Unfortunately, she can't sue the manufacturer anymore and her family is saddled with lifelong medical expenses without recourse.

I've questioned nurses giving seasonal flu vaccine where I've gotten it in years past whether that vaccine is killed virus or modified live ..... big difference in the two. They've assured me regular flu vaccine is KILLED virus which doesn't cause flu in itself. There's always a question whether someone has been exposed to flu prior to being vaccinated, or whether someone is incubating a low grade infection which becomes full blown after the shot.

Since Baxter admitted to having sent out contaminated vaccine, one wonders about what they're trying to force on us on 'for our own good' in such a hair on fire push to get-'er-done.
