Here is some of the rhetorically challenged analysis from media smatters.   You can only lie so much and the people eventually understand that the fuzzy math is just that, point being, it ain't THE DIFF OF A a $100 billion it is the $ 890 billion that they confirm, since when has anything the govt. spent end up under budget?

They write what they do to get a reaction like they did. Media is not trying to inform us. It has three functions: confuse, anger, frighten. These emotions make for ineffective human beings and therefore resistance is muted. We are a society of emotional thinkers instead of rational thinkers. The PTB have steered us that way and want us to stay that way because it can be so easily manipulated. A confused, angry and frightened bull charges at the red cape (distraction), not the matador.

Relax, breathe, center, ground ... and stay that way when your attention's drawn to any form of media.

Agree with Rick they love to stir us up which leads to confusion then they gain control to manipulate us into internalizing the message they've been directed to deliver.

Thank You for your comments, and I am glad to be seen as emotionally stimulated thru my large font choices and repetitive punctuation.   I was looking at another blog that had this $h1thole website as a link and saw it for the first time and understood exactly why there are people reading the tripe on media matters and professing it as truth and shaping them a twisted world view.

............... but one of my main points, is the low participation on media matters compared to other sites.   I believe this means one thing, and that is, the readers of sites like media matters are a minority and MOST people are starting to think about what is best for the country and not this type of manipulation to suit their political ends.

It's sad when the truth scares people so much.
